That Costa yellow card, ref not messing about
-
Absolutely criminal we didn't invest in better full-backs and a new 10 this summer, we'd be a much better and balanced side. Perez has 1 goal and one assist in 14 games so far and contributes very little otherwise. Can't hurt to give Muto a chance for a few games.

Newcastle United vs West Ham United - 01/12/2018 @ 15:00 - No UK TV

Ritchie is surely leading the league in losing the ball clumsily, then fouling the defender and getting angry af -
Can't believe you won on pens! Was sure you'd bottle it, happy for you

So disappointing. No mobility and no confidence going forward. Zero quality in the midfield (apart from Zielinski) and the defense without Glik is shit. They had been in good form, compact and hard to beat over the past few years. After the qualifiers they had only lost in 5 of their last 40 matches. Absolutely shit on every level this tournament and very deservingly heading home.

They got two starters playing in the Icelandic league, not sure what people expect
-
Their goal was beyond pathetic. Spilling that weak header was bad enough, but he just lays on the ground for an eternity as if he was stuck in a fly trap with the ball right next to him.
-
Jesus Darlow. TERRIBLE goalkeeping. Spilling a piss weak header straight at him.

Is there any team in the country with a worse FA cup record than us over the years? Knocked out in round three 7 times in our last 11 seasons and never advancing past the fourth round . A grand total of 4 wins in 11 years

It should be really interesting and competitive, all the teams have a fair chance of going through. 40m people will be praying with every bone in their body that Lewandowski doesn't get injured, we are absolutely fucked if that happens. Our squad depth is generally quite poor and we have both Piszczek and Milik struggling with bad injuries while Błaszczykowski,Glik, and Krychowiak have been relatively poor for their clubs (though they always perform well for the national team). With that being said our record over the past 40 games is quite impressive: 24 wins, 11 draws, 5 losses. Easily the best Polish side we've had since 1982. I expect us to go through but will probably lose to England or Belgium in the final 16. -

Aye. Iceland won't be an easy game for anyone I think, got a very tight and disciplined unit with fantastic team spirit. The players work really for one another and it's hard to break them down. I had kind of written off their Euro glory as a fluke and a once in a lifetime thing, but they played fantastically in the World Cup qualifiers and deservedly won their group. Still think Argentina and Croatia will go through but anything can happen, Argentina and Croatia weren't exactly convincing during the qualifiers. -
You've got to laugh. I'm going to be absolutely livid if he starts next weekend.
-
Looked good since he came on, SURELY has to start next game.
-
We need to stop playing Ayoze and Joselu together, the most ineffective partnership I can remember seeing upfront for us.
-
Conceding three games in a row at 45+1
-
Joselu and Perez have no presence up front and zero chemistry together.
-
How are Perez and Joselu still both on? We need to change something up front, will never score like this. We haven't even created a half chance in 65 minutes played against the bottom team.
-
Swansea 0-0 Newcastle That was the 14th consecutive first half that Newcastle have failed to score in away from home in the Premier League." Wow
-
Will be an exciting finish to group I. Turkey - Iceland and Croatia - Ukraine left to play each other
-
Slutsky was his manager at CSKA Moscow. Grosicki and Musa on the wings should tear up the championship.
-
Grzegorz Krychowiak heading to WBA. Didn't work out for him at PSG, still a good player and would have been a nice addition to our squad. A really solid and hard working player, would have made up for a lot of Shelvey's flaws.

Wow Gylfi. Surely one of the best debut goals of all time
