Why are people saying the keeper went with his wrong hand?
-
There's an update on Bradley on RTG; not good news, hope his last few weeks are peaceful and as painless as can be.

I'd imagine that those with the relegation clauses are desparately trying to find another club to avoid the drop in wage. Most of them will find that bloody hard and unless they put in a good promotion incentive they'll have some very moody players on their hands. They need to get a squad together with a splattering of good Championship players. The relegation clauses are obviously good for them financially. I have to say that if I was a manager and a player said they'd accept a relegation clauses that I'd think more than twice about signing him.

Come on Huddersfield, knacker of a manager but they deserve to go up. Heard Stam this morning; great Manc accent, had me chuckling.
-
Trying to give the ball a Moyes smack there.
-
The moment Ramsey made a half movement towards the ball he was active imo. The keeper had to wait to see which player was going to get the ball.

Makes me almost feel sorry for Michael Owen looking at that; actually probably makes me laugh more. I've just realised; I was at that game, we were utter shit and West Ham weren't much better, two of my mates missed their first goal as they'd decided they could fit a pint in at some dodgy pub just outside the ground on the High St.

If Geremi was a horse he'd have been put down during his medical. He covered the ground like a blind man with chronic arthritis. Didn't we have him and Cacapa in the same starting 11?

Big Sam loves the show, he loves the power, he absolutely loves a deal. He's either very ill or the post about his wife giving some kind of ultimatum has legs or, he needs out. Palace seemed like a canny job for him; something else has to come out.
-
Fat Sam was considering quitting Sunderland before England came calling. If he ends up back there then there's a huge rabbit off. He's got a gig somewhere and Sam loves money. Either that or he's wanting out of the country; Sam loves money.
-
That's just ridiculous. Hope they go down; they'll do well to get 1 good season out of him. He'll also have a hefty signing on fee.
-
Moyes hounded out. Surely not.
-
Nah, means a pint; gannin for a few sherbets.
-
Moyes should have told Chelsea to get lost, in fact Chelsea shouldn't have asked in the first place. John Terry being the vain git he is, Sunderland being complicit and Denise Wise bringing to trophy onto the pitch made for some pretty sorry viewing.
-
He'll fetch decent money, I just hope that he picks the right club. If he goes to sit on a bench he's in danger of stalling his career. If he could get the number one gig at say Everton it would be perfect. He needs away from Sunderland.

Both Mooy and Cairney are too similar to Shelvey imo; Mooy more so. We need a replacement for Diame; we have a lack of mobility in midfield and nobody is capable of going past an opponent and breaking their shape. The players mentioned all rely on their passing. If Cairney had a bit more pace he'd have so much more to his game.

Rochdale's away strip; no solid black shoulders, just simple black and white strips. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=rochdale+away+kit+2018&client=safari&hl=en-gb&prmd=insv&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi37cH5zvfTAhVRaVAKHTwYBsIQ_AUICSgB&biw=1024&bih=649#imgrc=Ugo1H1Bl0szkvM:

That's how the back of the shirt should always look - not hard is it? I'm going to be royally pissed off when it gets replaced by a patch and a different colour when we change shirts next time.
-
And there we go
-
Sunderland 18/1 to win this at the moment

Are the turnstiles into The Emirates working slow or do the locals think it's a 8pm kick off. Shocking.

Show me where I've advocated any support for the long ball game. If Atsu plays all season with either Anita or Yedlin at full back then we'll be in for a long long season. People have either not been to the actual games or played to any standard if they can't or simply don't want to understand my point. Either way looks like he's signing so we'll see. Why are you talking about Anita? Because Championship teams have been hitting long diagonal balls attacking our right hand side having identified it as a weakness and to be fair they've had some fairly cheap success as a result. There's people on here making smart arse comments who believe that Atsu is 5ft 8 and therefore isn't that small and that a combination of him in front of Anita/ Yedlin would be fine in the PL. To me that would be inviting trouble. Anyway looks like he's signing, hopefully as back up (unless we strengthen behind him and he progresses) but I just hope that the 6M we spend doesn't stop us buying quality down the line. Wish I could fuck off back to the '90's, I had a great time.

I just think it's 6 million we could put to much better use. If it is to work he'll need support around him. If people don't believe that too many small players isn't a problem then I've been playing and watching a different game all my life. Out of curiosity how many believe that he is 5ft 8?
