Seriously tempted now. Not sure I could bite my tongue for 90min mind. Anyone have any experience of being an away fan in the home end at Wembley? I went to Spurs v Man City earlier in season and somebody shouted ‘get in’ and clapped when City scored. He got no reaction. This was in the upper tier - plus there was so many empty seats you’d easily find a block of 7/8 rows of nobody near you if you walked along which wouldn’t be as bad as being surrounded by them lot. I find out tomorrow if I can go in the box (wifes Work director owns one) - if nobody takes up the free spaces I’m allowed in so small chance my away end ticket will be up for grabs. Last minute I know.. Reminds me of that fat Leeds Utd knacker who got on the pitch then got a good hiding at SJP in the Championship. Hilarious stuff.

Well yes under him the club built / converted the current one and built the academy in 2003 (so well after Didi Hamman left) before that is was a joke of training in various other facilities the club didn't own. But it was in the main conversion with a few new bits added on not a new build facility after plans to build one in the east end of the city were scrapped due to environmental constraints. The east end site was where Walker School has ended up, wasn't it? No idea where Walker School is I'm afraid - tend not to head that way unless I have to. fuck off.

He did basically rip his hamstring in half on his 2nd start like, that didn't help. I heard he learned minimal English during his time here though, such a waste in the end. I was convinced he'd be a phenomenon.

I hear it was the fantastic borehole that swung it.

Course it's not, man. It's from BT's own channel and there's no actual match footage.

Moderating properly is for nerds. Drop the banhammer just for the craic.

He's a god amongst men. He could've made Ashley's life so much easier had he let him get on with his job with sufficient funds.

Simon Bird on Twitter summed it up. "You're a cunt" Will never get old.

Thought he was class today like.

What a moment for him. He must be absolutely buzzing.

It does. It changes everything! If it somehow happened it would kill any discontent and protests stone dead and also if Rafa gets Almiron that will be enough for him to sign on and Raconteur[/member] sending me £50 I reckon this has been the plan all along, do the bare minimum for ages and then at the very last moment pull something like this out to calm the fans and trick Rafa to stay Who are you?? Tubestation innit. Definitely.

All he carea about is SD, man! He's already got your money.
-
Newcastle, notoriously thrifty. That's one way of putting it.
-
He'd have more luck hoying said wish list down a wishing well.

What on earth are you rambling on about, man? I'm saying how we just threw away a good chance to make Wembley and nobody bats an eyelid. What a shell this club and its support is You're incessant with your belief that Rafa is complicit with the club's desire to exit the cups. The vast majority of this forum are well aware that the club is a husk of it's former self. I don't get why it's treated as such a ludicrous idea though? The evidence suggests I am right It's ludicrous in the sense that you're suggesting he's deliberately thrown games. He's fielded weakened sides, yes. Our squad, even when at full strength, is shocking and that's the overriding factor. The evidence suggests I, in fact, am right. (Look how easy it is to do that)
