  1. Ray Wilkins looks so much like Uncle Fester its unreal.
  2. Watched that earlier on, almost forgot how amazing it was.
  3. Either of Robert's vs Spurs are better than the one of his that's there, which is a bit of a freaky gimmick of a goal more than anything. Was a pretty incredible finish but you know. The second one should definitely be in there, Kasey Keller was absolutely helpless.

    FIFA Club World Cup

David Villa broke his femur when he was 4 according to BBC. Ouch.
  5. It's absolutely incredible to think they've never been relegated, and sit 4th in the all time Spanish table, all the while only using Basque players or those with links to the Basque country.

    Sunderland...

No way dont, its an airport that happens to be in the newcastle area. f***ing hell, i dont know a single mag who thinks the airport belongs to NUFC fans. MASSIVE f***ing CHIP ON THE SHOULDER HALF A HEED c***s DOOON THE ROAD MONGS can't believe anyone could have that mackem's point of view. a sign begging people just to notice sunderland - in another city's massive international airport - and they think its some victory. what the hell is wrong with them? Apparently seeing that sign will put nufc fans in a right mood before they go on holiday http://www.readytogo.net/smb/showpost.php?p=11408793&postcount=65 I'd be livid. I mean how could I jet off to Tenerife knowing they've ruined out airport by putting up an advert that paints us as their bigger, better rivals. Would destroy my holiday.
  7. Haha i was at that game. We won IIRC. They missed a pen. Think we only had ten for much of the second half as well? Babayaro or someone got sent off when giving away that pen. I remember the 'He's a dwarf, a dwarf' song coming out at regular intervals. First away game, it was a brilliant day. Scott Parker wasting time at the end was brilliant.
  8. Hardly the best example to use. Valencia have been experiencing crippling debt for ages now, nearly had to sell their entire squad a few years back. They actually did need the money.

The Mackems came from behind to beat Blackburn, hardly a momentous game. I'd say it's fair to expect to get 4-6 points from Norwich, Swansea and West Brom. If you expect any less then that's pretty much relegation standard. The Mackems won only their 4th home league game in 2011, despite being 1-0 down at HT. That's one of the more remarkable results of the weekend (against a team that had scored 4 the previous week). If we picked up 3 points from Norwich, Swansea and West Brom, it's not "pretty much relegation material" it's three games out of 38. We've already done really well this season, a dip in form is to be expected - the fact that we've been without several key first team players is a silver lining. What's with your ridiculous attitude towards other teams in the league? It's not a ridiculous attitude man I just think we should aim to pick up points against newly promoted teams, regardless of injuries, how is that hard to fathom? Big difference between "aiming" to pick up 4-6 points and "expecting" to pick up 4-6 points. Which was the point I was making, if you get my point. NEEJ - have a word with yourself, you're not Hansel or Gretal. Sorry.
  10. I no longer think he's a cunt. Never thought I'd actually come to like Gary Neville, but he talks a lot of sense and is a lot more generous towards us than I ever thought he'd be.

He's clearly on the wind-up.

Why would confidence be rock bottom if we don't get 4 points from the next two? We won't suddenly fall down the league unless you just love a bit of melodrama? More to do with the fact the next two games are against Swansea who have a poor away record so far and West Brom who recently lost to Wigan.

    Nile Ranger

Fulfilled. He did win the free-kick that they scored from like. I think it would be interesting how well he'd do given a full season in a team like Barnsley.

Sammy if far too over-rated, he's a good kid but he's got a lot to learn and I don't think he did that much against Chelsea. He made a couple of runs down the left but they were dead easy to defend as he just dropped his head and went on a straight run. He had one shot on goal which went straight to the keeper. Two shots.

Barnsley need two goals. Ranger on the bench. Destiny.
  16. He simply has to sit it out next week.
  17. If Gosling can remember what to do with a football when he's getting into these positions there's a goal for him somewhere today.
