And all because he's shit himself about their full backs.

Absolutely terrible decisions today. I defended him last week as I thought it was more the players but he's completely fucked up.

Everton vs Newcastle United - 30/09/13 @ 8pm (Sky Sports 1)

Quite like Everton myself. Proper football club. Pardew's Remy comments last week have me worried, I think we can sneak some form of result if he's in the side. -
I didn't think Altidore was too bad, I was only half watching mind. He'll not be a much of a goalscorer in this league but he has other qualities, I'd certainly take him here as a squad option ahead of the immobile piece of shit.

It reminded me of us against Fulham, when Sissoko made a burst forward and we had Remy, Cabaye and Cisse alongside him. Fun, wasn't it. Indeed I hope to see the same tomorrow!

Atrocious from Cuellar.

Nothing much has changed, let's hope Liverpool get something today. I was looking at our run of fixtures coming up, got me a bit worried like. We've already peaked, I don't think we'll climb above where we are now for the rest of the season (assuming the manager keeps his job). You don't think we'll climb above 16th? Hadaway. Another spectacularly dramatic statement. Not really. Whey, it is Happy to quote you both when we inevitably move up the table like. How many do you think we'll get from the next 18 available? I'm going for 7. Wouldn't be shocked to get 9.

Cabaye's a good fit for the role in matches like this, in my opinion. He's pretty solid when it comes to doing some defensive work and his medium-long passing is great, which could be excellent for countering. -

I think he'll keep the same team. I'm relatively optimistic as I think we match up quite well with them. Hopefully, we go 4-3-3 as that'll help keep their full backs at bay, they'll be wary of the pace and dribbling of Remy and Ben Arfa. Those two will have to work hard though and I'd like to see them switching more than they did against Hull, the front 3 weren't very fluid at all. Sissoko's a key man in the middle too, I don't think they have anyone to match his power in that area and he's a fantastic counter-attacking option. If we have the same focus and discipline as the Villa performance, I can see us getting a draw. 2-2. -

"I ran to see Bigi ( Gael Bigirimana )," he explained. "Bigi is someone I get on with really well. He always encourages me to shoot so I wanted to go to him and say thanks for believing in me." Does anyone dislike Bigi? -
He's been working on his crossing with Stone. Good to hear.

NUFC Fans Forum - No interest in winning cups

Might just be me being overly cynical, but I don't believe that's the case either - 'target' would be an exaggeration, anyway. They could never say the be-all-end-all is 17th and above, even in an amicable/productive environment like a public forum. But I believe that's the case. They would have binned Pardew it it wasn't. I think their target, for now, is top 10. It's the perfect balance between not having to invest much for further competitions and getting as much money as possible. -
It depends what you mean by highly rated. Is he considered as highly as Rafa benitez or Gus Hiddink? No. Of the cheaper options for clubs that don't want to invest in an expensive manager, I would say yes. One Brighton fan's opinion doesn't really tell us much in isolation. I wasn't suggesting it told us much, I was just intrigued to see if he was talking shit
-
Is Poyet highly rated? A Brighton fan I know didn't like him, was adamant that he wouldn't get them promoted and said he doesn't have a particularly adventurous philosophy.
-
He was pretty pissed off about Saturday in his pre-match presser, really didn't look happy. He pretty much said that he wants to keep that amount of offensive players in the side but if they continue to defend like that as a team then things will have to change.

Used to love Djibril Cisse.
