My boss met Stave-o last season and she said they were trying to mirror London wages on the business side of the club to attract better talent. What we've posted doesn't seem massively off what those at the smaller PL London clubs are offering. Tbf, I'm not sure I'd want to attract many from those clubs anyway

Not an uncommon salary for that position in the industry, especially unfortunate as hours can be absolutely mad. They bank on young pros wanting to work in football.

It feels like Leicester's fortunes rest on an ageing Vardy if they want to challenge for Europe again as other striking options are so patchy. Last season, they had to outscore teams as their defence was so leaky.

I just don't believe we'd go back and offer pretty much the same amount. Pretty unanimous in the view that it was ~£50m last night but now it's not. Who stands to gain by changing the info?

Tbh, I don't think £40m is that low for Barnes but is a bit off for Maddison who I'd say is in the 50-60 bracket. We got Bruno who is an absolutely outstanding footballer for ~40.

He started off the summer saying we had about £50m to spend (which we've already surpassed).
