  1. Probably more to do with the games not being on terrestrial TV and the English teams doing badly than any other reason. It's a brilliant competition and should be left the way it is It should be returned to the way it was. Knock-out format and back to the three competitions. 2 competitions is too much

    Rolando Aarons

Surely with him being young we are entitled anyway to compensation if he goes?

    Killer passing moves?
  8. Not that him being worse is a a shock, its just a bit mad how he looks like a 45 year old version of him when he is 6 years younger
  9. Slower and worse than terry
  10. Thought I was being clever by going with that one bold. Looked up and half the people have the same game

    Steve McClaren

It wasn't just that "I sort of hope of we lose, cause it might make the board sack him", (I had that with Souness, but it was never how I really felt) it was genuinely "GET IN!" when the opposition scored, and that feeling lasted about a year. Absolutely disgusting feeling. Never had this feeling of wanting the opposition to win but when form was bad under pardew a fluke win against the likes of Chelsea felt slightly bitter underneath the joy of victory as you knew it had saved him. I doubt he would have ever been sacked if we had stayed up though
  13. Will be zoumed to hospital out of kurtosy

    Rolando Aarons

Money saving expert will have that down, Ashley will be loving it. When fit and firing he's the best winger at the club by a mile and should be starting ahead of Townsend on the left flank. Sissoko should be moved to the centre too, it still baffles me why McClaren think he's a winger. Pardew-like. Basing this opinion on Aarons upon what? He looked semi decent in 2 cameo appearances last year and hasn't played. since
  15. He did ? Can't even think of one??
  16. I think mclaren should have unleashed doumbia and dropped a midfielder to tie the game up, but on the other hand we always looked comfortable and the midfield played well so might have ruined things to change it too much
  17. Aston Villa 0-0 Norwich Liverpool 2-0 Sunderland Newcastle 1-1 West Brom Spurs 3-0 Watford bolden Stoke 3-1 Everton Swansea 0-0 Crystal Palace Bournemouth 0-3 Arsenal Chelsea 2-1 Man Utd Southampton 2-2 West Ham
  18. Back starting on Saturday then?
  19. No one any idea of pubs showing the game then or is it illegal to speak of them
  20. I think he's a bit of a fraud, but more than that, it's nice to hear a fan saying something that disagrees with the standard media narrative. Everton are clearly underperforming, but not in a way that garners much sympathy. They're regularly throwing away points. They've got the leakiest defence at home in the league, so it would be typical us not to score. We have been creating more chances of late though, so fingers crossed this can be the game where we start converting them. It's about time Gini got one away from home. The media is slagging Martinez and Everton off constantly!
  21. Remember how he blamed Armstrong, when we got beat by Manchester United ? No it was Abeid who he blamed for passing the ball to Krul in the area, who then miskicked it straight to Rooney who scored the only goal in the 93rd minute. Can't go blaming an international goalkeeper who is your number one choice. Lets blame the youngster who had a cracking game in midfield against some top players, but who then made the mistake of thinking he could rely on our goalkeeper to clear our lines. Carver was in charge when Abeid made that mistake, it was at the end of December when Armstrong started away to Man-U when Pardew was in charge Correct
