Maybe Avram doesn't want to battle relegation again next year. He should be managing teams in european competition tbh. West Ham have a good base to build upon (Parker, Cole, Diamanti, Upson etc etc) but I doubt the pair will put much money in.

Fabrice Pancrate.
-
He's a bit of a crock though...

All threads like this do is build up negativity to go into the new season with. Give it a break Crumpy, jesus.

Must be boring being a barca fan domestically apart from the Barca-Madrid games and any derbies. It's either 'fuck Madrid are ahead of us' or 'thank fuck we didn't lose the title'. Anger or relief, neither are great. Probably why they treat the CL so importantly (understandably). Obviously you will know better, but even with our season this year I felt a bit of it... only a wee bit mind...
-
i disagree. on the downside though for england, neither seems to do it. Lampard was always put in the holding mid position to let Gerrard push forward. Might explain his poor form a wee bit.

No because Pompey are gonna get absolutely raped in the final so wouldn't have qualified for Europe anyway. They would for being runners up. The runners-up qualifying for Europe dealy was scrapped a couple of years ago. No it wasn't, it was for the League Cup though. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/european/uefacup/3023605/Back-door-route-into-Europe-is-shut-for-FA-Cup-final-losers-Football.html The other team in the final have already qualified for Europe, spot goes to the runners up I'm sure.

Bahahaha. Boa Morte, you have skinned the club in wages and done fuck all. Keep your mouth shut you stupid twat!

Great minds think alike. 2 seconds!

Aye, easy to see by looking at the stats aswell. Lampard with 33 goals this season, Xavi with 34 assists last season
-
Diamanti is such a quality player.
-
If Xavi took 10 league penalties this year, his stats would look a lot better tbh. That would take him up to 13, Lampard has 22 in the league. And only 4 less assists.
-
Aye that was a weird interview.
-
If Xavi took 10 league penalties this year, his stats would look a lot better tbh. Yeah I know, I wasn't comparing in that sense. Personally I prefer Lampard due to his direct style of play. Both stunning players though. Either will do
-
Xavi's stats are 6 goals and 19 assists in 57 games. Again, doesn't take into account the goals he has influenced, but it shows the different styles of playing CM.
-
Different players wouldn't you say? Like to think Lampard pushes forward alot more, effectively a deep-lying forward. In that sense, yes you are correct. Xavi can dictate a whole game from a very deep position.

Still waiting for someone to call him Gile Clicky. Van Persie looks such a nice bloke. Walcott is SO QUICK.
-
Apart from today, I'm still really annoyed at how Burnley just rolled over in the premier league this season. They worked so hard to get here and then just didn't give a shit about staying up. Could have been playing like this all season if Brian Laws wasn't so fucking pish.
-
How good was Modric's goal? Yeeesh.
-
Well that settles it, best English midfielder. Hopefully Capello tries starting him in his proper position. If he does then we will do well. This seasons stats Played: 57 Goals: 33 Assists: 15 And god knows how many goals he has contributed to.

BBC Sport online MOTD coverage is awful quality tonight. Hope they fix it.

We'll take him, how does a deposit of £0 with an annual payment of £0 until 2016 then a final payment of about £1.5m sound? Throw in Alan Smith and a multi-pack of Monster Munch. Hard to tell which one is the pickled onion.
