totally I haven't read anything, anywhere, that says they definitely met "totally on their own". If they are as far advanced (as I'm sure they are) into their own certainly of the takeover, they will also have people who they intend to employ on the football side of things, who will (of necessity) have been in the meeting. Yes, perhaps one of them was Rafa . . . nobody knows for sure, but nice to think he might already be getting involved!

I am as positive still as you are from looking at the facts but I have no substance other than my own opinion Not a 'theory' really, just a logical and inescapable outcome, taking into account the serious people involved (Staveley/Reubens/PIF).

Staveley will make the announcement, the 'business bit' involving the Saudi's (transferring 80% of the money) will have already happened the previous week. In other words, it is probably happening right now.

You know full well there's a very decent chance it will be rejected. I know full well that I could easily win the Lottery, but like a lot of things that I know could happen, I'm certain that they will not happen. I am equally certain that the rejection of the Staveley/PIF/Reubens takeover of our club will also NOT happen. It would be illogical and just plain wrong, so it will not be rejected.
