It starts directly after the 29th day of Ramadan and the length is based on moon cycles, hence why it is called last minute. source - I live in the UAE. GCC all have varying days for their public holidays, but none are anywhere close to 10-14 days.

Why would they do this now? When the majority of office staff are furloughed. The club outsources everything related to this, so it had nothing on the club's staff. But why change servers anyway? Not that I think it's takeover-related I'm just not sure why they'd do it.
