Matty should be a starter in our miedfield. Matty, Hayden and Willock is our three best central midfielders and our 4-3-1-2 system should suit them perfect. Hayden as a more defensive one and Matty and Willock with a lot of energy making runs in to the box.

I would say Sir Bobby Robson as a manager! Should just have been here forever! As for players I'd say Mbabu, Merino, Ferdinand and Woodgate.

Yeah, I know. But say IF they we're(or somebody else for that matter) is there any tests for a new owner to go through? Yes there are EFL tests. and then they'd still have to pass the PL test if we came back up. It's supposed to be carried out yearly, amazed how Chelsea still have their owner. Really?! What happens if somebody who already owns a club fails the test?

IF we go down and IF the saudis are still interested in a takeover, is there still a test for them to go through? The PL O&D test is not something they have to go through but have the EFL/Championship any tests or is it just up to the owner to sell to whoever he wants?

So can anyone explain to me, as if I was a six year old, what's going on? Is the takeover any closer or more far away than it was yesterday?

Shelvey offers nothing! Just a lazy passenger! Should be dropped for Matty Longstaff. Would like to see a midfield three of Hayden, Wilock and M. Longstaff.

We really need to give Elliot Anderson some time on the pitch now. We can't wait for our promising players to be 20-22 years old to give them a chance. Needs to get a taste of it now. Not saying he should be a starter but needs to play 30+ minutes for some games and start 1 or two games so we can see if he got what it takes. If he takes his chance it's great, if not send him out on loan next season so he can develop. Same goes for Matty Longstaff, needs to get minutes under his belt now. Problem is that we're always in desperete need of points to avoid relegation so our managers are not brave enough to play our younger players.

Its been a problem ever since Bruce arrived here, it's not something new. Has been a problem for many, many years except for the time when Rafa was here. Whatever he did it worked and was something we should have learned by now. Must be a basic thing in football, how to keep players fit.

Sean Longstaff is 23 now and has been missing a good manager who can develop and guide him in the years he needed it most. Will be a squad player at best in a PL team or a decent championship player. Matty Longstaff is a few years younger and need to play games now to develop. Either at Newcastle, I don't think he's any worse than Shelvey right now and definitly better than Hendrick. Or he should've been loaned out to a championship team and get games every week. Matty has a big chance to become a regular at Newcastle but need to get games now and need another manager.

Good first half yesterday. Wilock will be a good improvement to our midfield. Would like us to continue with the 4-3-3 formation but want Hendrick and Shelvey dropped. A midfield 3 of Hayden, Shortstaff and Wilock. A front 3 of Almiron, ASM and Wilson. Problem right now is getting the defenders fit. Clark will be back next game, so will probably be Krafth, Hayden, Clark and Lewis. But I would rather se Hayden in midfield. Dummett is an option there as well. How far away is Fernandez and Lascelles? Can we recall Kel Watts?

How Hendrick can get a start in place of Matty Longstaff is beyond me. Must really be something personal between them!?

Bruce won't sign Willems because he hasn't played this season. But he would like to sign Choudhury who has started one game and two as a sub. Where is the logic in that?

Don't think Rafa will come back as long as Ashley is here. IF he's coming the takeover must be very close. But don't think neither will happen.

I don't know what his position was last night. For me it looked like a position that could be named "swinger", somwhere between an old fashioned sweeper and a winger. That's it, SOMEWHERE BETWEEN, right in the middle of nowhere! Bruce Out! Ashley out!

I don't think this takeover will happen. When all theese legal action has been played out it's back to normal. Ashley will have to find a new buyer but no one is serius enough or haven't got enough money. He will sell the club eventually, but it will take a few more years. And we will probably be a championship team at the time it happens.

Eddie Howe, if/when takeover happens and he is doing ok then give him a bit of backing and see how(e) it works out....if it’s not then bin him Keeping the current Vogon will see us down This would be the best option right now. Hopefully he would come here with the possibility to be here when/if the new owners takes us over. Either he could take the next step and become a very good manager, he's still quite young and could be here for many years if it's a good match. Or if he's not good enough just replace him after a year or so.

Well, something happened in this game. What happend was that we just lost to one of the worst team in the history of the Premier League. BRUCE OUT! ASHLEY OUT!

What's the point with this? We play against a team that hasn't won a single game this season. Yet we play 5 at the back and has no interest of attack or even try to score a goal. Just try to get the opposition not to score a goal and be happy with a point. That will fail in most of the games and if this continues we're bound for the Championship. Bruce has to go NOW!

Looks more like a 4-4-1 with Schar in midfield now.
