I think they are exactly the same player. Only difference right now is that Josh has a lot of confidence and Jacob has no confidence. You can only get confidence if you are playing games. Even with confidence I think they're both championship players though.

I think he had it all. But injuries and not given a chance have really halted his progress. Will be a good player at championship level if he stays injuryfree.

If he was asking for £400M and he's taken out £145M he must be able to accept a bid of £255M. He would even make a bigger profit if a bid of £300M came in. If Amanda Stavely is still interested now will be the time to take up the negotiations. Thought he would get his big break the season we played in the championship but was never given the chance. Theese players must been given their chances before they are 20 years old imo. As explained above, Rafa only gets a small percentage of that due to instalment payments, plus it also needs to cover wages and signing fee, and probably agent fees. Either we pay in instalments or we can use a fraction of the TV-money. You know there is money (even if the fat bastard don't want to spend it).

If we count Mitro sold for £22M and we could sell Gayle for £15M, thats £37M. I'd use that money and try to sign Michy Batshuayi. We would then have Batshuayi, Muto and Joselu as our strikers with Ayoze also able to play as a striker if needed.

Would like to see us spend the money from the sale of Mitro on Atlanta Uniteds striker Josef Martinez. Has scored 24 goals in 23 games so far this season. 43 goals in 44 games in two seasons. I know it's the MLS but he clearly knows where the goal is. Maybe a bid for him and Miguel Almiron from the same club that we've been linked with before. Almiron has been the best player in MLS for the last two seasons. Would solve both striker and no.10 for us. Don't know how much they would cost but think £10-12M was mentioned for Almiron, so maybe £25M for both?

I think he's waiting for a takeover to happen, then he will sign a new contract. If that doesen't happen he will leave when his contract ends.
