  1. Been hoping someone would question why he's not included that in his match report, the sad little fuck.
  2. I'm baffled by this turn of phrase. 'Tweaked' his hamstring, surely? You 'nick' your finger cutting something with a knife, for example. Or he actually means Hayden was away stealing a hamstring. No wonder we were getting overran if so...
  3. He's seriously not right in the head like.
  4. Too fucking thick to even come up with a new excuse.
  5. I really do fucking hate him. Hope his perma-indigestion gives him another sleepless night, the useless sack of shit.
  6. Didn't use any. Just used Paypal and immediately cancelled the subscription on the 'my account' section after signing up for the free trial. Still got access to 'premium' until 22 October.
  7. Yeah, if you go to sign up without it on it'll say it's not available in your region. Just sideloaded the app onto the firestick and that's working like a charm too!
  8. If it's on Peacock on your side of the pond, a simple VPN lets you sign up and create an account. I can sign in and watch all the free stuff no bother. A subscription to get PL games is $4.99 a month. There's also a seven-day free trial... EDIT: Activated Job's a good 'un.
  9. I'm all for it not involving Championship clubs too. The vast majority of them shouldn't need bailing out. If they're up shit creek because of chronic financial mismanagement or poor ownership, that's very much their and the EFL's problem.
  10. Yet more incredible levels of fewm on Wearside now their CEO is voicing support  Proper consolidating their desire to maintain status as a lower-league club.
  11. Didn't realise this. Naively presumed, based on the way some people in support are going on, the money would be evenly distributed.
  12. The epitome of an irrelevant football club.
  13. A European super league would be hilarious tbh. A small league with no promotion and relegation, just playing the same sides season in, season out, will be dull. It's an idea driven by the money paid for broadcasting rights and that'll primarily cater for a TV audience on the other side of the world. It'd pretty much kill off the concept of away fans. Very, very few people will have the money and time to fly around Europe following their team every other weekend. There'll be families in and around Manchester and Liverpool who have followed their club for generations, spending tens of thousands of pounds in the process. I think for many of those fans, it'll be the end. I don't care for the "big six" and the hope of seeing them become completely sterile, their stadiums full of tourists (post-Covid) for something that's purely motivated by corporate greed to benefit a select few would be glorious.
  14. Dog lead slip through his hands? He used to bounce the door of Chicago Rock Cafe in Chester-le-Street. Unsurprisingly let everyone in.
  15. Money Mike Ashley tweeted a photo of a jar of Sainsbury's mango chutney about an hour ago then swiftly deleted it. Curry house meeting pt 2?
  16. Saw this and thought they were taking Bruce off us. Alas...
  17. Who went to Joseph Swann School? Andy Carroll! Three-year contract extension incoming.
