Alan Pardew get to keep his job? Are we the only ones who saw the shit served up last night?
-
Way past it.
-
Mid season is way too late, in fact right now might even be too late, to avoid relegation. Did you see us "play" yesterday ? Fucking hell...
-
Turned off. This is just a complete waste of a monday night. Like every day watching this shit is.
-
Based on current performance, I can't believe Newcastle is worthy of being called Premier League club. Fucking hell that's some bad "football" being "played".
-
As I wrote, I couldn't get myself to do that. For me, to follow another club in EPL is out of the question. But, I do enjoy following individual players. Out of all the players in EPL Aguero sticks out for me.

That passion

What.The.Fuck.

Wot. Yes, wot is the right thing to say here. I'm giving you that. Just goes to show how far 'down' Mike Ashley has push me as a supporter. Nuff said.

I respect anyone who's giving in, resigning, saying enough is enough. In fact, I envy you the ability to do so. I have tried, several times. Some forum members here can confirm that (not that they necessarily will), but I'm not BS'ing. In the summer I considered Chelsea. Not because I was desperate finding a new club, but because they have Mourinho, a team full of awesome players, are London based, and have the financial strength to accompany a great ambitions. But the passion and interest wasn't there. No matter how much I try, I just can't seem to change club or even stop following Newcastle. Just can't. Sorry. Even though it is fucking torturing at the moment, and probably will stay this way until we get a proper owner, I'll lurk around. The connection I have with Newcastle started with Alan Shearer signing and all the way up to the "Ashley"-era, and the memory from that period has made sure the connection can best be compared to that of being in relationship with a dead-sexy girl which either 1) drives you mad, 2) is about to break-up with you or visa-versa 3) has some annoying habits that goes on your nerves. ...But you still love her to bits.

Yes, that's a huge gamble. Under normal circumstances I'd disagree with you about relegation. But I feel it has all gone so far that the only thing that could top the shit going on is renaming the club SportsDirect United.
-
Quick look suggests about 48/49 points. I was about to follow that up with my next question, but I'd rather cut right down to the core: What are the chances Alan Pardew will get 10th or better? (isnt he required to achieve that to keep his job?... might just be me dreaming, but I seem to recall there's been talks on here about there being such a clause in his contract?)
-
Anyone know what the average points for ending 10th place has been the last 5-10 years? Or know where to find that..?
-
Agreed The previous owners sold the club to the worst possible buyer. How anyone can support Mike Ashley is beyond me. I feel sorry for those people who have been deluded into this big, fat lie. The setup is not there to build a competitive side. Its sole purpose is, and has always been, to serve SportsDirect. Please don't forget the good times under Keegan and SBR.

When I put together everything that has happened to Newcastle since 2007, I think I'm on the verge of changing club to support. It's not an easy decision, that why I write think . This whole "Ashley setup" is not worthy of my support and dedication anymore.
-
Has probably been told he'll get the boot if not winning one of the next two or three games.
-
Well, if he's staying at least until the end of next season, he needs to act soon because his "precious" Newcastle is about to get relegated for the second time during his time here.
-
Knock, Knock - Who's there?
-
Moyes, Di Matteo and Van Basten. In that order. Might as well add Laudrup as 4th just to avoid pissing off the "102" people voting for him.

Not having a go but we got very lucky last season due to so many clubs having their worst seasons in ages. In all honesty who can we possibly beat under Pardew? I'd say we're on the level of Q.P.R but with the sad fact that despite all his flaws Redknapp is a million miles better than Pardew. What teams can we beat? Swansea will rape us, Hull will rape us, the Mackems will rape us. Only teams worse than us are WBA and Burnley. The rest can easily beat us. Will follow this up with: Where's the goals going to come from? Nobody's going to match Remy's 14, that's for sure. But I think one of our current striking bunch could scrape 10 over the course of the year. I do believe we have more goals throughout the rest of the squad than we had last campaign, though. The midfield and the bench, in particular. Not great, of course, but enough to secure something fairly mid-table. It all rests on keeping key players fit though, which is the massive gamble. We've already played Villa and Palace and not lost to either. Neither results were good, Palace especially, but I think it shows it's an even playing field. We're about level with or slightly better than 8 or so teams, in my opinion. I see what you're trying to say, but I have to disagree. Eventhough it is just three games in to this season, I really struggle to see how any of the current strikers are going to pose a threat. It is not as easy as 'counting' the goals or 'getting close to Remy'. If those goals aren't getting you a win, it really does make a difference. But, I do hope I'm proven wrong.

Pretty much nailed on to go down as things stand. No defence, but worse, no natural goalscorer. Relegation always feel shit as a supporter. While most teams strengthen to avoid it, Newcastle seems to enjoy flirting with the bottom three places.

LOL, Hull.. What the f***
