  1. Also noticed that in the Everton-Newcastle Skysports player ratings (which are almost, always wrong) Taylor had a rating of 6 despite being at fault for all our goals. If it had been Cacapa his rating would have been 2-3. agreed. and they normally rate beye harshly saying he was "given a tough time".
  2. shay given, steve harper, habib beye, steven taylor, nicky butt, james milner, michael owen, oba martins. how the hell given and taylor can be in there i just dont know.
  3. no!! palace to come up! bunch of gypsys but play (vaguely) entertaining football unlike the rest if im not mistaken
  4. yeah ive never heard this chant, heard of it but never actually heard it!

    FUCKING YES

ramage has singed for qpr according to www.nufc.co.uk
  6. smith worth £6? not a chance. thats even more than i paid for a ticket to fulham v blackburn!!
  7. I was only joking like. I'd be horrified if we went for him after the debacle with Owen though tbh. confusing a lot of people today aren't you dave Saha would be a good signing, he's no Alan Smith. He's a genuinely dangerous striker and a very good footballer And has managed 90 minutes in the league only 3 times this season. It doesn't matter how good some players are, if they are very rarely fit then their ability is irrelevant when it comes to thinking about signing them IMO. thats more than i might have expected tbh. if youve got ronaldo, rooney, tevez, anderson etc. why would you want to play saha? plus if they were to play 4 midfieidlers, they might play ronaldo plus tevez/rooney up front. hes made appearances (mainly from the bench) in 17 premiership games, scoring 5 goals (3 against the mackems and 1 against us!!)
  8. who do we want to come up out of palace, bristol, hull and watford? palace for me. a mate supports them and they play some good stuff
  9. bbc sport: "Uefa Fair Play League: In order to be eligible for one of the three places available via the Fair Play League, an association must score an average of over eight. The top association gets a Uefa Cup place, while all other associations with an average of over eight (there are currently eight) are placed into a ballot. England are guaranteed an extra place after topping the Fair Play League, and it will be given to the team placed highest in the Premier League Fair Play League that has not qualified by other means. At the moment, Manchester City are in the driving seat." looking at the fair play table, we are 14th with a points score of 8.01 so depending on how we go at everton, we would go into a ballot.

    FUCKING YES

throw him in free when stoke buy ameobi. hope they dont know weve released him
  11. keegans mentioned aiming for 5th next season. i honestly dont thnk thats going to happen, and if someone offered me comfortable top 10 i would take that. its all well having money and a good manager but what i think weve continuosly had problems with is time. allardyce didnt get enough (in my opinion) and i think anyone who genuinely thinks we are going to finish 5th needs to think again, in my opinion. look at villa and city, both had stacks of money recently and in their first seasons with a new manager unconvincing (madness that sven is under pressure) but now villa will finish 5th or 6th and its onwards and upwards forom there. if we finished 5th in 3 seasons, and 9th this season. id be a happy man, what about everyone else?
  12. habib beye doesnt ge t recognition. ever any chants about him? hes been class all season
  13. none of them will get picked. anyone see the womens fa cup final today? none of them are skillful or fast enough to ply i n mens teams. also thered be problems where some men might not tackle them properly or something. never going to work
  14. and the cycle begins anew... he did very well under roeder. as did everyone- initially. roeders full season i charge, enveryone was shite, including shola. not a good player really, thanks for the goals though!
  15. Do you think? Whenever Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal or Liverpool are at St. James' the crowd are usually up for it. Probably because we feel they are where we should be. I'm sure we'd have been equally happy ruining Man U's title chances if that had been the fixture. agreed. i reckon its that we hate all these bastards really. id love it if we won tomorrow. shut up my arrogant chelsea "supporting" mates. on all the chelsea forums ive glimpsed over, they seem to be taking this as a stroll in the park, or a warm up before they get to the champions league final!! id love them to have a rude awakening.
  16. i saw a fat bloke with I 8 all the pies
  17. Very unlikely, I'll be surprised if Chelsea actually bring the full allocation I don't think they've ever sold out the away end, poor support considering their team win most of their games on the road. we got 6000 for a carling cup trip away to arsenal, they got 1800 for a carling cup semi against everton
  18. palace looking convincing. watford equalise. as it stands, leicester go down
  19. bristol city and palace both winning 2-0
  20. i want fulham to stay up because its a great ground and they are entertaining unlike bolton who are shite
  21. i think he didnt know whether to say eddie johnson or danny murphy, so just went for a compromise
  22. setanta commentator just called danny murphy eddie murphy
