john terry believes Manchester United do not have the bottle to defend the title blahblahblah
-
had he have left 2 or 3 years ago, hed be first choice in probably a few more of them really, although i take your point.
-
when i meant unsung hero, i mean people have taken for grant the fact that hes always been there when given isnt. hed be first choice at a lot of clubs, and arguably is here now in some peoples opinions.
-
unsung hero really. how anyone can be negative about him is ridiculous. would it make people happier if he signed for spurs?

cant say i know much about what he did to dabo, but 200 hrs community service seems a good punishment as footballers time is always going to be worth more than money. just hope to god he doesnt do his community service in a school or something!!

i expect this will be one of these things where people kneejerk. now people have seen the evidence, they think "what a twat, get him out NOW!!" whereas thinking about it, the actual assault didnt look like a 6 month prison sentance job to me at all. i originally thought "get him out" but thinking about it rationally now, ive been assaulted like that (not quite as bad though) and the police did fuck all!! when he comes back people will be cheering him if he starts playing well, its just untill all this blows over.

im hoping hell be another big money flop for them. that said, im glad an otherwise boring team have signed an interesting player. i think theyll miss lampard though, seeing as the midfield is kind of built around him.

i like the 95-96 away kit!

lets think for a sec here. those slating blackburns decision to appoint paul ince because he is inexperience might well have been the same people shouting "shearer, shearer, shearer!!" outside SJP when fat sam got fired. id like to see a young british manager do well to be honest, but dont forget those who disagree with the appointment, you might see it differently if shearer had been managing a load of league 2 teams and then got appointed here. also my mate has seen mk dons and said he was genuinely impressed with how exciting their football is- which is a hard thing to do at that low level i guess.

sky sports: A source close to Ameobi said: "Shola is 26 now so this is a big move for him and he knows a manager like Tony Mowbray will help to develop him as a player. "He's over his injury problems now and he just wants to get his head down and play. "He is keen to get his future sorted so ideally he'd like to get things done and dusted in the next week or so. "A few clubs have shown an interest but he wants to go to West Brom."
