  1. Sanitation. But other than that, what have the Romain's really ever done for us? And the wine.
  2. Agreed, thought it was very obvious. Especially considering the previous posts discussing him as a replacement for for Ba.
  3. Villa, Wigan and Wolves would be brilliant! If Bolton wins today it seems quite possible looking at their fixtures.
  4. Savage is going to paint the taxi red and white in spite! Bastard
  5. Doesn't sound like a replacement in the wide forward role. Sounds like a replacement for Cabaye. It's going to be a brilliant summer, finding out who all players we buy are replacements for.
  6. Well deserved Just looked up the entire team. PFA Team of the Year: Hart; Walker, Kompany, Coloccini, Baines; Silva, Yaya Toure, Parker, Bale; Rooney, van Persie. Van Persie won player of the year . Kyle Walker young player of the year. edit: just saw the thread now.
  7. Looking at the fixtures, I would put Arsenal to get 5-7 points and Tottenham to get 6-7 from their last games(unfortunately we can't post fixture lists). That means we'll have to get at least three wins to make 3rd and two to get 4th. So if we win against Wigan, it could be possible to lose the next two and still have 4th in our own hands against Everton!
  8. Erm.. What? Do you really expect Chelseato be in front of two of us, tottenham and Arsenal, by the end of the season? Expect no, but it isn't impossible as you seem to suggest. I know it isn't impossible, but it is the best possibility for us IMO, so that's what I'll be cheering for.
  9. As long as e win then a draw or Chelski win, if we lose then an Arsenal win Why? chelsea no matter what, it doesn't matter a lot if we end up 6th or 5th, but 4th or 5th on the other hand . If Chelsea win today they could finish above us and Spurs quite easily, especially as we still have to visit Stamford Bridge.... Exactly, if we are beaten at stamford bridge, we're not got get past Arsenal or Tottenham anyway, so chelsea won't matter. Let's just cheer for a violent draw and then we'll all be happy.

  12. Why would people cheer for Arsenal today? Draw or Chelsea is where it's at. If Chelsea goes past us it doesn't really matter, we need to focus oon getting by Spurs or Arse, then we'll be in front of Chelses anyway.
  13. Here it is for the lazy: http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/newcastle-united/nufc-news/2012/04/20/cheick-tiote-my-future-is-with-newcastle-united-72703-30799335/ CHEICK TIOTE is still dreaming of the Champions League next season – but hopes he can fulfil that ambition in a Newcastle United shirt. Tiote – who is back for the game with Stoke City tomorrow after hamstring trouble – has been linked with a summer move to Chelsea, while Manchester City are also long-term admirers of the midfield warrior. City’s transfer chief Brian Marwood has been a regular at St James’ Park this term. But Tiote is back and raring to go against the Potters. And shrugging off the latest round of talk he will quit Newcastle this summer for a move to Chelsea, he told the Chronicle: “I’m a Newcastle player – my future is at Newcastle. “I’m playing for Newcastle, and I have to finish this season strongly and help the team get into Europe. “If we do that, it will be good for the club and the fans. “We’re in a great position now.” United go into the final five matches of the season knowing that they can move into the top four for a couple of hours at least if they get a positive result against the Potters. The Magpies are in their best form for six years and can equal a six-game winning streak from 1995/96 if they succeed against Tony Pulis and Co. Tiote added: “We need to finish like this. We have a good opportunity to play in the Champions League – everyone knows we have a possibility to go to Europe.” Tiote is aware that Tottenham and Arsenal have both had their recent worries. But he feels it is a case of more of the same for the Magpies. He said: “We need to stay focused and play as a team. “If we do that, we can finish in the top four. “This is a team. If you don’t play as a team, it’s difficult to achieve anything. “We need to play as a team and stay compact. “If we do that, we can achieve something this season.”

http://tipsbladet.dk/nyhed/premier-league/loevenkrands-kollektivets-styrke An interview in danish, where he talks about the reasons behind Newcastle's present success. It's a part of a series of articles they are doing about Newcastle.
  15. Aye, they should hire Brucey for the first half of the season and let Moyes take the second half. They would be title contenders. You really have no way of knowing that.
  16. I don't really like how all our players are running around with 'money' writen on them.
  17. Loved seeing him fail today. Would still like to see him back once Liverpool are done destroying him.
