I think they need to change the entire format of what is actually televised. I think games with smaller pitches and smaller goals will be much more entertaining. The decision making is pretty good and that impresses me but the technical quality is pretty poor and I hate to say it but I find myself in hysterics at times like Keyes and Grey.

I've watched Wijnaldum in Liverpool's team for the past two years and still have no idea what he does. He kind of just floats around. He seems to run away from the ball. He doesn't tackle. He barely touches the ball. He does pop up in the box any time they attack but he's far different from the player we had. There was a moment in the Barca game where he faked out three players and crowd went "oooohhhh" and I was thinking "that's the player we had". Yes he's winning things and all that but it's not the same Georginho Wijnaldum we had.

It has to be the proximity to the Champions League that stopped us from winning this thing. In 2008 when Spain won the Euros, it was an all English final. 2010 when Spain won it was a German Italian final 2012 Spain won and it was a German english final 2014 all Spanish final and Spain got knocked out in the group stage That’s my hypothesis.

Big fan of the Nations League. Was certain we were going to win it but what are you going to do. Never thought Ronaldo would win an international title but now he has two. Incredible career.

I mean, I'd prefer it to the minute detail. We'd be raging if someone scored against us and they were fractionally offside.

Hear me out. For me, when Ayoze scores, I'm like "oh yeah, we have Ayoze, he does score goals". It's not something I expect tbh. I think this would elevate his game and he'd go into games thinking "I have to score, I am the man". The lad looks confident as all hell anyway. I think if he put a little pressure on him, he'd really take it on and grow as a person into the match winning player that he actually is.

Just to back up my argument for Ayoze to captain thing. What if we stired up some drama within the club by saying basically "Ayoze is our guy". Kinda like what Man Utd have done with Pogba, Brazil with Neymar. We say "Ayoze is our captain" "He's the talisman". I picture the pre game being all about him. Visions of the camera on him in the tunnel, cameras pointing toward him as he's warming up. Lascelles will be the captain among the lads but from a media perpective, it'd be all about Ayoze.

I think it’s just become his thing rather than a message to the fans anymore. And a lot of fans and kids have adopted it. Well in that case , it's alright.

Any attackers coming through? None that I'm aware of. Kluivert junior was a good prospect but went to Roma and barely played. In any case, this side looks solid with one world class centre back and one very promising one, but we're lacking a forward player that can make the difference in any game. Those players don't grow on trees sadly. Imagine a Van Nistelrooy in this team, man.

Really need to be winning this game with the way the club teams have been doing. C'mon.

Kinda think he's going a bit OTT by continuing with it. I never booed him but I presume it' stopped by now. I hope he goes back to doing regular celebrations.
