  1. I've seen the first post edited on a number of times. Certainly not worth a Maybe , at a push. It just made me laugh cos everyone after that is going 'good news!' etc as though you knew where he was going a week ago. () Just read through, it does look like that. status granted
  2. Back page of the Ronnie today

  4. Aye, fantastic to sell our best striker for 7mill less than we paid You should be a manager tbh. Since when has what a club paid for a player ever determined how much he is actually worth on the transfer market? I thought you were meant to be good with numbers and all that stuff. How do we know what he is worth though? For all we know he could return better than he was pre injury. You just can't say. Therefore to sell Englands best finisher for just over half what we paid less than two years ago, considering he is in his peak years as a striker, would be ridiculous.
  5. Eh? First post always gets edited with the latest news in a thread.
  6. Avatar material tbh Beats the one of Zog from a while back (when he was like that watching Owen in training)
  7. .cock GEORDIE striker Andy Carroll has joined Championship side Preston North End on a loan deal until January. The 18-year-old striker has linked-up with Paul Simpson's men and could make his debut in their League Cup tie against Morecambe at Deepdale on Tuesday night. Big Andy burst onto the scene last season after a string of impressive displays and goals for United's Reserves and Juniors. The Gateshead-born forward made his senior debut against Palermo in November and has been tipped by many to become a star of the future on Tyneside.
  8. www.pnefc.co.uk Preston North End have secured the signature of Newcastle United prospect Andy Carroll on a six-month loan deal. The 18-year-old has been chased by a number of clubs over the summer break but former North End favourite Sam Allardyce did a favour to one of his former clubs by allowing the 6'4 striker to move to Deepdale. Carroll has been described as a 'young Duncan Ferguson' by Newcastle United fans, he's made seven substitute appearances for the Magpies, making his debut in the UEFA Cup at home to Palermo. The rookie striker will take the No.21 shirt at Deepdale and will go straight into the squad for tonight's match at home to Morecambe.

  10. If he doesn't jog to the training ground he's not committed enough tbh.
  11. We've got more chance of signing Gary Neville tbh. We always say this but i'm talking stupid money here. 20m ish Wouldn't buy his laces. What about Eboue. He might be available considering they've just replaced him with whatshisface. Can't think of anyone else in the premiership. Apart from Danny Mills. Who is shite. Eboue would be quality.
  12. Ice Creams??!!!!!!! OMGZZZ they'll get fat. The Bull could become The Pig.
  13. Good signing for that price.
  14. How pathetic is that!?! Exactly, no need to leave. You can still boo him when he's on the bench.
  15. Like this ^^^ although Cahill may replace Laursen (who went off at half time on Saturday), and Carson will probably replace Taylor (although he had a blinder on Saturday). Agbonlahor is wasted wide right. Personally, I'd play Carson New RB Cahill Mellberg Bouma Young Reo-Coker Gardener Barry Moore Agbonlahor How do you think you'll get on mate?

    Want Diouf?

I'd be delighted with Diouf to replace Solano and Dyer. If we could get him for around 5 mill that'd be awesome.
  17. I think we'll see those players, but in a 4-3-3. No matter how well Butt played at Bolton, I don't think there is any need to play him in this match. Harper Carr Rozehnal Taylor Enrique Geremi Smith N'Zogbia Milner Martins Viduka
  18. What can I say? I'm excited And three goals away from home in one game for us = on fire
  19. A few Villa fans predictions off Villa Talk: "2-2 for me. I think we will sign 3 players this week and give the team a lift. We should definately drop Gabby and put Luke uo with Big John and go 4-4-2. Not sure what anyone else thought yesterday, but I though Gabby was poor." "We will win this 3-1!" "Newcastle 3 - 0 Aston Villa - More pressure on MON" "I think we will win this one. There was a lot of expectation and pressure on the players on Saturday and they seemed to play with a real nervousness. They wont have this at St James park and will show what they are capable of. 2-1 Villa" ---------------------------------------------- Personally, I'd be disappointed with anyting less than a win. We're on fire at the moment and to be fair Liverpool should have had four or five against this lot. Have to be careful we don't get complacent though. My main worry is Ashley Young skinning Carr all day long. Can see us going with a similar team to the Bolton match, maybe bringing Enrique in.

  21. How helpful! Prices bumped up two quid. We are the away team tbh. I paid three quid the last time I went to a Blue Star game. This is their first game at Kingston Park as the home side, so you can't compare it to any previous games. I can and I will. Well you're an idiot. Shaddit
