This comment made me have a look around Blackburn on Google Streetview and holy shit, Blackburn is a dire dire place. Looks like time just stood still since the 70s and nothing's happened since.
Like many people have already stated, this game just reeks of one where we slip up, let's hope that's not the case tomorrow though.
I'll be cautiously optimistic.
I'd start with that too and see how we go.
We've then got the option of bringing Best on for Obertan and playing him at the head of a 4-3-3 if it's not working out.
Agree with these.
Haven't seen the match yet but reading on here it seems we played well (stats and opinions) but overall, to come back twice and share the points with Tottenham would make it difficult for even the most cynical individual to be negative.
Still think this line of thinking is bullshit. He made a bad pass about five passes before they scored. Did his bad pass put us under unnecessary pressure? yes, did it directly result in a goal? no. They switched the entire field of play before putting it into the box to score. If anything Simpson was more at fault.
Wake up, watch the first half at 10, drive to work, wait until almost 1 to watch the second half at my bar, or wait and just catch the whole thing at my bar at noon?
Think I may go for the first option.
