Going straight on the wall in it's pride of place this. Could be the first chapter of a beautiful journey. -

My sister and fiancé have helped this week. About 4/5 hours each. I've been in for about 12 hours thus far. Probably around 25 on both Friday and Saturday have done around 8 hours each. So aye, just to give an indication of the time involved. Will be about the same tomorrow too. However, it is voluntary so we cannot complain and when we see the joy it usually brings it's worth it. Think the Arsenal game may be moving for soft shites like me. -

It's very much the latter. Which in itself is fantastic to be honest. We pretty much get free licence in the stadium within reason. Unreal tbh, we sometimes take it for granted but then when you head in you occasionally get like stunned with how fortunate we are/proud of how well respected we've become. It's funny because we have a kinda unwritten rule of modesty as a group which I sincerely hope is portrayed, but personally, deep down I always feel like shouting from the roof tops because I love the group and what we do and achieve. Nowadays it seems like people do that for us, so it shows not making it about egos works after all... -

Aye, ones like this particularly in certain aspects of the ground really require everyone there. Particularly in the East and Leazes stands I'd say this time... -

Without wanting to give too much away, there will be foils/foil flags on all home seats to make up a display. Previously, there are what we call small/medium 'wavers' which were in all stands for fans to use, we had to clear out the East Stand though previously and tonight took some others out as we began preparation for the Arsenal display. There is currently some debate about whether they remain out for use throughout the game/after the final whistle as we all love them and the sporadic nature thst the crowd has seemed to naturally take on. However, as this is our largest and most complex display yet we have some concerns in the group that any 'wavers' may detract from the fisplay, add to confusion and have a negative impact. We shall see what happens. Ultimately, as the players take the field, etc. Each individual should wave the foil flag (on little thin Black plastic poles) to make up a mosaic so to speak. Flags may be made available for the lap of relief and belief -

Yeah, although some debate on the 'wavers' at present owing to several factors. -
He's overrated largely on here imo. I haven't witnessed it off here. He was outrageously talented but had attitude issues it'd seem off the pitch. I think a good mark of real top class talents is that they almost always end up at top teams. He has, of course, done it in France but no one else has really batted an eye lid. Like the kid, and what he represented at the time but was capable of being even better imo. Same goes for ASM but in a different way for me.

Here's hoping to an Inter double, starting tomorrow

Hatem Ben Arfa. Fire in the hole.... #Grenaaade

I think once Trippier is back in and we have another solid CB we'll be sound. Our issue centres more around our retention of possession and the quality/output of that possession at present. By retaining possession with more ease we'll be able to remove some of the pressure we often face against top sides.

If they asked we probably would. We have cooperation with Plymouth and Hartlepool (albeit they do and fund their own...) -
It's old school, but it works (and always will) - man management is just as important as any tactic and if you treat people with respect you'll earn respect. Then people will run through walls for you...

Can see there being some scraps

Presumably, he is a very good man manager, a motivator and charismatic behind the scenes. That in itself is a philosophy...
