  1. Just gives us another avenue, it doesn't mean surfers etc. Will stop
  2. Aye mate. We've made suggestions and sourced the relevant people to implement it too previously (if I remember correctly) just Ashley didn't give a fuck and the new owners haven't had time. It'd be nice to have a proper discussion with someone at the club about all our ideas like. I think it'll happen in time (and don't want to give our ideas away haha)
  3. Exactly, and frankly not many protested any other way other than stopping going, which blurs the lines, especially as not going is the largest form of protest, depending on the reasoning.
  4. Belter these. We're desperate for a pulley system like and safe standing too.
  5. I agree with most of this, but they absolutely can condemn it. They just don't want to have themselves washed with hypocrisy. Yet journos etc. Expect fans to be and all the peasants accuse one another of varying degrees of it. Football is corrupt and ran by twats by and large, at any top level club. Sadly, football managers in the PL are on a massive platform to bring bad stories into the light and to peoples attention. They can influence many of us peasants. So they have to expect to be asked. It's their own prerogative how they answer it thoigh and they shouldn't be villified for their answers (unless they're an obviously horrendous take). Which of course, blurs the lines.
  6. For me, the scheme should work as per the below: 5 Points per season ticket 2 Points per away ticket 1 point per home ticket You have to be a member to accrue points. All tickets go to season ticket holders, then members, then general sale. All games have a percentage for each bracket, with the largest being Season tickets (say 90%,5 and 5 for members and general sale) . That way the vast majority of your 'loyalist' are rewarded with priority and those new starters have a chance to at least go and/or build up their own points. The notion that those who gave up specifically to oust Ashley are 'plastics' is a horrendous take, and very short sighted. I agree that those who left helped oust Ashley, I also have the view that those who stayed helped us sell the club by making it appear desperate yet desirable (despite holding the view they should have all sacked it off in protest). I don't get our fans on social media though, it seems no one is really EXPECTING a change, they simply WANT it. Rightly so, I lost around 80 loyalty points too, and now have 'holier than thou', superfan types laughing at me. Yet I'm spending a fortune paying for every home game individually now. I stood outside in pissing rain, carried flyers and posters, led protests, etc. Etc. All to make a difference, and actually do something about my club instead of, what could be perceived as being complicit in it's demise. I don't see many 'whinging' on social media but there seems to be plenty taking the piss from elevated positions. It's like our fans have ran out of things to bicker about, no one cares about any of the fan groups anymore apart from maybe Wor Flags because we're in a new era of positivity, so all that's left to attack is one another. That's the thing though all views are polarised these days and there's no room for sensible discussion. Absurd.
  7. The more and more I think about this whole scenario, the more it literally boils down to whose, whose allies and whose been daft or extreme enough to be caught or villified. Nearly anyone with any degree of money has probably been a cunt somewhere down the line. That's why I'm poor...
  8. Lampards a gimp and a shite manager to boot.
  9. Why would anyone say that about Sir Bobby. Is that legit? Fuck me. Jesus wept.
  10. Oh this conversation is too deep for me, someone throw me a raft I don't like Putin. He's evil. War is shit. Let's stop it. I've said my peace (like what I did there?) Joking aside, lessons may need to be learned from this in the fullness of time given our ownership. Lessons need to be learned full stop by mankind. I don't understand how it's fair to prevent the sale personally. Can they not allow the sale but lock the funds until such a point that he is trialled, etc.?
  11. I'd love us to smash these like. Highly unlikely but it'd be great. Despicable wankers.
  12. He'd be closest for me
  13. Have any of them exceeded expectations like Howe though? He litwrally had us in top 4 form. Whereas that's where they're expected to be
  14. Has been huge for us in every sense of the word. Arguably our most effective signing thus far.
  15. There's already signs of this. Apparently Merson said we hadn't bought well, then just weeks later claimed we'd bought our way out of it. People are flapping their gums trying to justify how unjust it supposedly is that Newcastle is now actually spending what it, itself could have probably generated in anyways. In fact, it has based on financial fair play. So now we're playing catch up in one swell swoop and people cannot stand it. People laughed at Wood, said Trippier came for the money (wrong!), and Burn didn't cost much and Targett is on loan. They laughed and said we're the new Everton, the old Leeds, etc. Etc. desperate wankers. The saltiness is fucking delicious.
  16. Lock. Close. Delete. Deny it ever existed.
  17. This is serious BTW, who has been better?
  18. Manager of the season.
  19. For their opposition, aye. They're fucking shite. They'll beat us like, now I've said that.
  20. Not much owing to the quantity we buy. We will be doing similar, aye, but with specifically designed ones so we can distinguish. Ultimately we want it to be a culture that everyone takes their own.
  21. They just pretended to not hear me. Blates would have done though
  22. Aye, it's important people don't get villified too much like but obviously we have to try and ensure things don't get knicked. Seen a family with a flag last night and said you shouldn't be taking them really but wasn't gonna take a flag off a tiny bairn.
