I think he'll play about 15-18 first team games next season, mainly in the cups and as a substitute. That'd be a good breakthrough for him though, if Vuckic, Ferguson or Abeid could manage anywhere near that it'd be terrific for them also.
-
better? alas, you know me too well
-
Yeah, but they're sponsored by Waitrose. Swings and roundabouts. edit: A bizarre kind of irony that Danny Simpson could well be playing for a team sponsored by a firm that thinks people should pay way over the odds for very standard level items

If his departure means we can afford to get Debuchy in faster then please Danny, god fucking speed. Even if it doesn't mean that, floor it Danny. Get down to Reading asap.
-
Butt vs Everton at SJP tbh. In all honesty, Sewelly could have done 150 top goals with 3 vids and we'd still have some corkers left out.
-
There was an article about him on Sky Sports the other day where they also mentioned us as interested.
-
Wasn't the context of whoever the fuck originally said that more to do with "if he was to go anywhere I'd rather it was Barca than Spurs or Liverpool"?
-
Harper won us a lot of points in that Championship season. A lot of those tight games that we edged, he kept us in it.
-
Surprised we're not back in for Mariappa at that price, like. Hope Maiga turns out to be shite.
-
If anyone's going to pay that amount for Steven Fletcher it'll be Artie Ziff. He'll probably negotiate them down to £14m and think he's got a great bargain, a bit like when Alan Partridge gets a grand off his £325,000 house.
-
Alnwick is 'highly-rated' (when have we heard that before about youngsters who never dirtied their boots for the first team) so I assume he'll move to third choice should Harper leave. Although, if Harper does leave I'd imagine we'll look to bring another keeper in.

Andy Murray at 8/1 for Sports Personality is too good a price to ignore.

2006/07 - otherwise known as 'Roeder's full season' High points: Edgar's goal Martins form in the middle of the season Martins vs Spurs Roeder getting the sack The first emergence of Carroll Harper wheeling away as we won on penalties for the first time in 10000 years Doing the double over Spurs Palermo Low points: 50% of the home games The dismal home defeat to Sheffield United The even dismal-er defeat at Alkmaar Paul Huntington and his fucking gay hair Roeder losing the plot and giving that speech about failure being 'stitched into the badge' The pathetic season-closer at Watford where Martins went AWOL, N'Zogbia texted during the team talk and Pattison injured Owen 1-5 defeat to Birmingham in the cup (where Ramage and Pattison gave two of the worst performances I have ever witnessed)

That's my favourite goal on Sewelly's video. Love the commentary, the crowd, everything about it.
-
Hope he scores a fuck-tonne for them, would love it if he and Besty fired their respective new sides into the Premier League.
-
I love this one http://images.teamtalk.com/09/03/800x600/Bolton-v-Newcastle-Shola-Ameobi-Gary-Cahill_1937103.jpg

Fluminese and Sao Paolo take the lead both after about 15 minutes or so.

An idiot with legs. That's a bit harsh, I'm quite the academic.

Agbonlahor could potentially work out well for the mackems. He's clearly got some talent, and had a good spell at Villa a few years ago - he looks to me like he's absolutely dying for a move. He's stagnated at Villa now and needs a transfer to kick-start his career again. £10m is very expensive though. It's not a guarantee he'll find his form.
-
I think it's fair enough not letting Cisse play in the Olympics, seeing as we lost him for the AFCON last season and will potentially do so again this.

23 hours until Houston vs Sporting KC.

Post of the year, right there

on to the next one

Park to QPR is an interesting one. Didn't he say once he wasn't considered good enough for Man U, that would be it for him?
