Been extremely busy recently but hopefully everything has blown over now so I should have a lot more time on my hands to sort things out. If not, the next game after that is Wigan on Saturday 15th November, which I think is more likely to be the next run out for the bus.

Sorry about the lack of info recently, I've been away for the past two weeks on a 246 mile charity walk from Hull to Manchester so haven't had any internet access. Probably going get shot down for this, but I'd seriously consider playing Nile Ranger tomorrow. Back to the 4-3-3 with Owen playing behind Ranger and Xisco could work very well indeed. Hull's defence isn't the greatest and is pretty slow too, so having Ranger on the pitch to run in behind the defence could be deadly. Look at how easily Wigan broke them down. It would be brilliant if Martins was fit but I can't see it which is a shame as he would have caused them major problems. If Ranger is as quick as he's been made out to be, I think it would be worth a punt playing him. I have my tin hat at the ready...

Chris Mort was good at it. He gave a face to the day to day boardroom operations at SJP, and provided reassurance when needed. Now he's gone, we are left with a bunch of faceless mute cretins. Definitely. I really wish he was still at the club. I wonder if he'll come back?
