Right, so people really need to stop getting their Gourcuffs and Gouffrans mixed up okay? Gouffran has scored as many as Aubameyang has this season so far, as well as last. He has not been balls. -

Other way round innit, he was absolute balls but has done alright last couple of seasons. Is he not thinking of the Lyon midfielder, whose names is similar? Ah, yeah. Was thinking of Yoann Gourcuff. -

Hasn't Gouffran been absolute balls for the last few seasons? -

We've got some good players from France, but it really does seem that we're intent on buying all our players from Ligue 1. It's a bit stupid really. -

Any of the games tonight on poor people tv?

I don't believe they will ever accept paying over the odds for players. They'd rather just not reinforce, or get younger players in and hope that someone steps up. I'm wondering if they are willing to gamble the stupidly large amount of money the premier league teams will be getting next season.
-
At the end of the day our hierarchy will have to accept paying over the odds for a few players this window, that is if they are serious about reinforcing the squad. It’s due to their poor planning over the summer that we are here in the first place.

Pretty hard to be cheerful when you go from 5th to 2 points above relegation and you see Ba leave the club and his replacement is off to the team who is 20th in the table and the club captain could very well be leaving. We have won 5 games all season, with no away wins and 9 defeats in our last 12 games. Hardly surprising people are struggling to remain positive. Not used to the feeling of apathy yet? It's cool things can only get funnier.

This is gutting but I don't see what we as a club could have done, regarding this specific transfer. There was always going to be as much interest as possible whipped up by his agent, so no chance of doing the deal discreetly. We could match QPR's wages (if the reported wages are correct) but he's not worth it, and it would piss off the rest of the pros at the cliub. Shit situation for us, we can only hope QPR go down (and we stay up) so we can giggle at the cunts as they do.

Where isn't when you're Alan Pardew? Your players wives?
