If those players could stay fit for the majority of the season that would be a monster of a midfield, especially with Essien in there. I thought you wanted to use Walcott as a striker next season though?

I think a big reason for his wanting to jump ship is due to Hughton leaving. Before he left everything was rosy, after we've heard the "Need to get a better manager than Hughton" and "I'm not signing a new contract".

He's shut mate I dunno what he is, he can't pass, can't tackle and has no passion what so ever! Exactly what is wrong with some of the players at the moment, there was a rumour that Bayern!! wanted him but he's shite would struggle to get in any team in the league IMO. On top of this when he came in he looked really good, i thought he would be the successor to Cesc because his passing was really good and he had great vision it's not that he's not progressed he's regressed in the last 18 months imo. I dunno if that's because he's not got the motivation in him or what but it's not good at all. If we can bring in a DMer when he leaves we will improve no end because we have NO suitable cover for Song. So you wont be sad to see him go
