Out of context, I agree. However, the long run of defeats is still very much in the recent past so I wouldn't be surprised if Rafa wants to try and build up an unbeaten run to try and get some confidence back in the squad. I wouldn't be surprised if today was about not losing first, winning second. Well it won't last long, we're away to City soon.

Stoke have been a mess. Home win. I don't trust these players or this management to get anything here.

By the time any new players come in, the games begin to get harder. It's not a nice final run of games either, that's my concern.

Being fair, he's certainly part of the problem right now. Yes he's working with a poor squad and has been shit on from above by Ashley, but I'd still expect more points and better game plans from a manager of his pedigree. We're missing so many big opportunities and to be consistently so negative is really holding us back. An average Championship side would accrue more points from the past 11 games, in my opinion.

Unforgivable to continue being so negative when Brighton come to town. Can only blame the poor players to a certain extent, because many clubs would've fluked another win somewhere. This just isn't working, unfortunately. Some major change is needed at this club.

At home to Brighton and we play so negatively, with no attempt to score. We have bad tactics and even worse players, so relegation has to be extremely likely. 8
