Norwich City vs Newcastle United - 12/01/13 @ 3pm (not on TV)

This might sound crazy, but I'm not 100% sure we'll lose this - in fact, a win is a genuine possibility. We really have to get something though. Our line up on paper should be much better than theirs, even though you could say that about many games this season. I dunno......I just have a feeling we'll squeak a win. Ahhhh, don't be silly, man! 2-1 to Norwich. -
I don't get why Fergie would loan out his 4th striker at such a crucial stage of the season.
-
From today, he's going to go crazy on the whole league.
-
Sissoko to those lot would be hard to take, though I don't believe it tbh. Shouldn't Aubameyang have a thread by now?
-
Can't decide whether to captain Cole or Mata this week. As a rule I dont normally captain defenders but Chelsea have a double game week and they should get one clean sheet. Hmmm. Wildcard next week
-
Horrible news if his wife is ill Perhaps there can be a compromise where he stays here for a few games, before letting him go home for the rest of the season. Maybe loan another centre back to temporarily fill the gap. Hope he gets a fantastic reception from our lot tomorrow.
-
Because the other games didnt quite do it
-
Well whatever the reason is, it's something he's willing to effectively end his career for and lose lots of money too. Must be massive.
-
Ahhh facial hair, a staple of heel turns
-
For me, there's no debate about whether this is true or not - we dont need a Colo statement. It's clearly true. What makes me hopeful is the money issue - it would take sheer lunacy for the club to just let him leave. We know Ashley is generally a lunatic and has made some insane decisions before but not when it comes to money. And he doesn't have a sentimental side.
-
Yep. Hopefully we have a good set of fans down there tomorrow!
-
Letting him leave in the summer would be a decent compromise, I guess. Just hope we can persuade him to, out of loyalty and because he's normally such a professional.
-
Meant to have agreed a loan for Kader Mangane. I actually think this player is good but not excellent - at 29 and coming from the middle east, you wonder what standard he's at now. But he's a big bastard, which is what we need.
-
The only 2 things keeping me sane are that he was eating in public with his family last night and that there simply has to be money involved. No way on earth should we let him go now, not a chance. I want Ashley to be a bastard with him here. He needs to play tomorrow too.
-
The club have to say something. If they don't, the story is probably true - that's what we'll all think, anyway.
-
Andy Brassell is certain that when he sorts himself out, M'Vila will become one of the world's best. I don't see us selling Tiote this month though, which is the only way I could see this happen.
-
Leaving in the summer would be much easier to take but I don't want him to soil his fine reputation by 'doing a Given'. It'll be nice if he left before the inevitable decline, so we only remember him for the good times. Yet a declining Colo (which should be far away) would still greatly exceed Williamson and I just don't have faith that we'd replace him adequately. But under no circumstances should we let him leave this month.
-
Zesh Rehman and Danny Shittu sound promising too.
-
They had a falling out quite recently, which our beloved manager was quick to publicize for no apparent reason.... Pardew is the poison at this club
-
Put our foot down and refuse, at least until the summer. This is a very cuntish act from the man we least expected it from, that's why I'm worried - there's a poison behind the scenes.
-
Yep, that'll finally get me fearing the drop. How could we recover? Colo leaving would be symbolic of a much bigger general problem.
-
Colo is usually a great man, so something drastic has happened to make this situation irreparable. I don't want to believe this but something has majorly gone wrong at this club, something massive
