He's a local lad playing for the club he loves, so why does he never look bothered and why is he so lazy? We'd all run ourselves into the ground for this club and he just doesn't seem to care. Now there are some players who are just naturally laid back and have the talent to get away with it, but Shola has never had that. Him being a Premiership footballer in 2012 is, quite frankly, ludicrous. Hopefully that was his last start for a long, long time.

Really don't see which club he'll go to. Slightly worried about Spurs though.

I was all for easing Ba and Cisse into the team, but after tonight they simply have to start. A 30% Cisse is much better than a 100% Shola. Krul R Taylor Willo Colo Santon Ben Arfa Guthrie Cabaye Jonas Cisse Ba ....but Pardew will find a way to mess this all up, so this is pointless!

if brighton did the 'underdog performance' and won, then fair enough. but it was as if they said "we don't really care, just beat us" and we went "well we care even less" and they reluctantly scored one. brighton were terrible and we didn't get out of first gear. we didn't even get into first gear - the car hadn't been started! any effort or will to win and we'd have destroyed them.
