Yeah, buying an African to deputise for Tiote seems backwards. Would hope it isn't him.
-
Preston and Sheff Utd used to live in the play-off spots and look whats happened to them.
-
Jose Angel at Sporting Gijon (one time Toon target) has signed for Barcelona for roughly £3.5m. A bargain, and indicative of a movement to enlarge the squad.
-
He would constantly mumble to himself about staying on your feet, even when it made no sense.
-
Lets ask Niall Quinn what he thinks about this....

West Ham won't be back up for a while, Blackpool will find their level and only Brum have a chance of bouncing back. In response to the OP: West Ham: Sell Parker (to Villa), Green (to Norwich), Cole (to Stoke) as well as Ba, Upson, Hitzlsperger, Barrera, Faubert and the loanees. Birmingham: Sell Dann, Foster (to Spurs), Larsson on a free, Zigic and their loanees Blackpool: Vaughan and Gilks go on a free, Adam (to Sunderland) and Campbell

Was Bolton's kit designed by the same people as the London 2012 logo?
-
Van Basten would be a disaster. He's just not a good manager, imo.
-
the guy is a pure twat. Yeah but he's our twat. Well......Chelsea's.
-
Kader Mangane would be interesting
-
Would be a shame to see Drogba leave the country. He's part of the furniture now.

Oh man, I took these to the pinnacle of football on FM09. Sanchez, Inler, Quagliarella, Di Natale, Pepe, Zapata, Felipe, Motta, Laurito, Tissone and D'Agostino. Wish them the best of luck

This bit has me in stitches How kind of you to mention the bit-part players, Michael. They must be chuffed you remembered them.
-
Lunacy. Who exactly is Roman gonna replace him with? I forgot about all those world class managers currently available....

henrywinter Henry Winter Blackpool say they don't believe they are in Europa League via Fair Play. Decision made next week after refs/delegates' reports in.

Might crack open FM and see who Graham Carr recommends. Lets get into his mindset.

Did he stay on the pitch for too long? Did he stay on the pitch not long enough? Did he look tense or nervous? Did he look relieved to have finished here? Did he wave goodbye? Did he spit on a shirt and take a shit on it? ANSWERS DAMMIT, WE NEED THE ANSWERS!!!!! jajajajaja

Celebrate all they want (and they will) but they finished just one point above their newly promoted rivals. And in midtable, one point means nothing really. We've caught up with them in no time and while they'll be spending money just to stand still, we'll be adding more quality and depth to our squad. Then everything will be back to normal.
-
A bit downbeat because of our match/Wigan staying up, but those 2 hours were fucking marvellous. It lived up to the hype and it was a fascinating, dramatic afternoon. But to finish 12th is such a shame (although finishing above Bolton and Stoke is crazy). Nice to see Brum gone, bad for Blackpool and I just wish Wigan would get lost.
-
Fucking gutted. Wigan just need to stay down and get lost.
-
technically they're above us - but its one point, man. means virtually nothing. strange that despite everything, they actually got their top 10 finish.
-
Yep

Same here. Or Steven Defour.
