First i'd heard of this. Hope there's nothing in it; i like Guthrie and hope he plays tonight.
It was on Saturday, not the Spurs game. I came to the ground about 1.15. and as I was driving past the Mini garage, Guthrie was going away from the ground in his Audi RS4. My immediate thought was he must have spat the dummy for being left out the squad
He's definitely supposed to have left before the Spurs game as well.

Obertan cause I want Marveaux at the weekend, plus he tormented them last time.
Simpson put in some absolutely cracking tackles second half. I haven't seen the one he got booked for, but it looked perfect from my seat.
He came out with some fight, which was sorely lacking in the first half.
Obertan was awful, and I actually think he's a useful player. He was just turgid today.
Coloccini amazing as always, and I just love Tim Krul.
Coloccini was an absolute beast, as was Jonas.
Thought Ba played well, and Cabaye is dreamy.
Tiote still quite shaky, Best was quiet, and HBA was disappointing, but it's clear he's still easing himself back in.
What a game, though!
Just saying that Enrique was not the powerhouse at the start that he was when he left us. His performances were very patchy.
Yes, it irritated me too, but who's to say that Allardyce's approach didn't benefit Enrique long-term?
Difficult to know.
