  1. The question is rhetorical yes. What I'm really asking though is, would his business model, systems and actions have worked had he bought a lower profile club?
  2. Been thinking about this for a while. Has Mike Ashley gone and invested in the wrong club in buying NUFC? What if he had bought a smaller club with a smaller, "less passionate" fan base, smaller (more manageable) debt, and a lower profile? Would his methods have worked? Say he went and bought a Blackburn, a Fulham, or a Wigan. How do you think it would have turned out for him?
  3. kin hell lads!! easy on the nsfw material! warn a brother or something!
  4. I don't think it's as simple as just passing over a brief case of money. And if it is, they'll be there for f***ing ever counting £100m. "There you go Mr Ashley. I couldn't get 50s as the bank only had £5's left..." Banks hand out £5?, well not at ATM's in anyway, everytime I go to one I always get £10 notes, even if I take like £100 out, which has been a while because I havn't had that much for a long time now. Anyone got any jobs going?
  5. oh dear! nobody tell Nile or heads will roll!!
  6. nah, you wouldnt. Go to hell. Maybe not. But it's staggering how he has got this deal after the utter contempt he showed the fans and the club as a whole last season. chill dude. who gives a f*** about Owen!? He is whats wrong with football. This game is about the fans. When c***s like this take us for mugs it does my tits in. You're not wrong at all. Just that he's finally fucked off now and isn't our problem any longer

  9. Yeah I'm sure its this door.......****! Maybe up these apples and pears...no.... Doris where's the ******* conference room! "Doris can you bring in the tea and custard creams now?" "No Doris I didn't mean for you to go to the club shop and bring a load of our new away shirts"
  10. Beyond belief. I'd fancy billytray to beat him. Billytray better hope there's no CCTV around
  11. Good to see training pictures without Owen. Him leaving the club has really been the only positive of this crummy preseason.
  12. I am shocked, what a f***ing waste of a great football player. Yeah waste. He should go play for one of the big plastic super money clubs like Inter so his talent can actually be wasted. Actually, he should go to the likes of Spurs or Villa, so he can "challenge the top four" I fail to see what's wrong with him joining l'OM. He'll be paid alot, he'll be playing in the Champions League and he'll hopefully be fighting for the league title. You all want to make it out like he's going to Uzbekistan or something. I'm sure Lucho will enjoy playing at one of the biggest clubs in the world infront of some of the best supporters in the world. And I'll enjoy watching him lead the team in the fight for the title. Honestly, I'm disgusted by a football world where someone moves to the biggest club in France and it's considered a waste because he's not at a "super club". Your being to objective here, stop it "One of the biggest clubs in the world" in what world is Marseille one of the biggest clubs? biggest cheaters maybe. The point with Lucho is that in my eyez he's one of the best midfielders in the world, and he should have gone to a bigger club than the golf shirt wearing french fries Marseille is. End of. From a fan of Italian football and, more specifically, Inter Milan. exactly!!
  13. :fwap: :fwap: :fwap: I just wish I had enough jizz to think it was really going to happen fyp
  14. Seems so. Just a bit rubbish that he went with 'easier'. Plus a future of missed-Januarys due to the stupid f***ing African Nations Cup. Both his parents are Cameroonian(?) he was only born in France, if I was in the same situation I'd want to play for Cameroon. Not saying this is the reason, just that its not black and white. I like it. Anyway, I think I'd probably want to play for the country I was born in, but each to their own. Or perhaps if they were diabolical at footy, I'd play for my Parent's nation. So basically the complete opposite of Bassong's decision. I'm sure he has his reasons though. It's just alot more annoying to have an African player on the books than to have a European/Asian/American etc on the books. racialist!! :omg:
