  1. Cheers Haydn/Heron Went for what I know and am at the back of The Corner! It'd be great if more people stood there too- it's only the first 2/3 rows from the back. Can't wait though.
  2. Brilliant again yesterday. What a supremely talented player. He's just so comfortable with the ball when under pressure- which is so important for a player at NUFC; someone who has the balls to look for the ball and make things happen for us. He'll be key for us this season. Shelvey has a lot of work to do to get his place back.
  3. You're not allowed to stand Oh yeah, I forgot you're a health and safety hazard if you stand in front of a plastic seat. Anyway, if someone intelligent could answer my question that would be great!
  4. Anyone know what Block V is like regarding standing? Looking to get a ticket for the Stoke game and I can either get a ticket in the middle of Block V in the Gallowgate, or one at the back of The Corner- but I want to stand. Had a ST in the Corner so know what that's like, but people on Twitter saying Block V were generating some good noise!
  5. I think losing to those cunts at home would be too much for me and we're only 2 weeks in to the season.
  6. f***er wouldn't even be in my 25 man squad tbqh. Aye. Should have kept Hayden/Merino, and then taken Perez off for Mitro and gone two up. Diame is absolutely horrific. Wouldn't get a game for most D1 teams. Rafa has a tendency to make baffling subs like this. However, I don't blame him for today.
  7. Amazing how some people on here view the game. Calling this guy shit? Didn't put in enough big tackles? Incredible.
  8. Wish our fans would take it upon themselves to attack the cunt. Or better, I wish he just had a heart attack. Die alone you cunt.
  9. Lascelles is so poor. What the fuck was he backing off for with that 1-2 for their goal? Diame, including the decision to put him on, is a fucking disgrace of a player. I hate that cunt. Manquillo another joke of a player- not close to good enough for what we need. Couldn't call him an upgrade on Anita. Ritchie not good enough down that side too, but at least he gives it everything he has. Merino is top, top class. Only positive for us. Otherwise we're in big trouble. Can't keep playing Elliot- guy can barely kick a ball. An absolute disgrace. If we go a goal down we're fucked. We can't break teams down.
  10. Really poor goal record. Deportivo last season were (yet again) woefully short on goals, and had one of the worst home records across the major leagues across Europe. The fact he played 24 games for them and only scored 6 goals isn't outstanding, however I think the team in general were quite poor. 4 goals in 27 Stoke appearances? Hmmm. He will have to do but it is very, very evident that he is simply top of our 'what money we have left' list. You never know he could be a canny signing but in reality £5m speaks for itself and at his age (27, which for us is unusual) I think it will very much be a case of you get what you pay for!
  11. The most ridiculous part after all this 'poor me, guys I'm so sorry, but here's the new dream...just give me a chance!' bullshit is, when Rafa walks (possibly before the end of the season, who knows how impossible he will find it), no one (at least not at that dump Sky Sports) will join the dots. Oh, maybe, just maybe, that 'interview' shows him to be the ultimate lying cunt? No, no...it's just typical NUFC drama isn't it! Wankers. Without a doubt, a large part of our support are stupid enough that when Rafa does leave they'll probably side with Ashley. Some NUFC supporters have a sick likening towards accepting mediocrity and dismissing the prospect of being a successful club. Fucking losers. Of all the BS he spouted, that guff about Leicester and comparing us to Southampton has to be among the dumbest rhetoric I have ever listened to re football. What a fucking moron. PLEASE, please, please, pleeeeeaase die in agony ASAP you fucking soulless tramp.
  12. Truly disgraceful that "Craigy" said to Ashley he hopes he has another 10 years. Sky literally could not care about football at all (shock, I know).
  13. Without a doubt this guy touches kids.
  14. Doesn't want to win the league like Leicester, want's to be like Southampton and put kids in cup games. Please, shoot yourself. No one will care.
  15. Apparently what Leicester did was "impossible" and he "doesn't believe it". Leicester City- Conspiracy Theorist.
  16. This has so clearly been staged. It was definitely 'Mike, give us an interview to whip up a bit of drama and sensationalism, and we'll ask all the right Q's and make you look like a smashing bloke.' Absolute poison, this. That whole 'and by the way don't mention Kevin Keegan, because he's a great bloke' shit was the most obvious scripted bollocks ever.
  17. Guaranteed not to ask him why the fuck he doesn't just sell up. Fuck them all, pathetic humans.
  18. Sky are sucking this guys chode cock. Fucking disgraceful.
  19. Any links to his interview?
  20. Merino is a Rolls Royce of a player, my god he was quality. Even though he was only on for a short time, he looks to have the ability to play for most teams in this league. Top class. So comfortable showing for the ball centrally, even under pressure. Passing was smooth- really exciting player. Himself and Hayden could be an excellent partnership. Wasn't pretty today, but without a doubt the sending off so early on in the half meant it was nearly impossible to hold on against someone as good as Spurs for so long. Personally, I'm not of the standing outside Shelvey's house with a torch and pitch fork mentality. I think what he did was understandable- Ali is a little rat- but the fact that he did it as the ref was literally yards away looking directly at him was utterly ridiculous and completely idiotic. It's a shame he has to be so dim because he is an outstanding player when he's in the right place, mentally. I wouldn't give up on him, but I'm sick with him at the moment. Lastly, I think we look like the best organised team without the ball in the league (from what I have seen). We looked competent on the break towards the end of the first half and that 3v2 towards the end was a good opportunity missed. People reacting like we didn't have a shot on goal all match? I thought we looked good at times, mainly through the individual quality of Atsu. Hayden was impressive too. Early days yet, but it's been a near on disaster of a day with potentially 3 players out next week, a loss at home, and that fat fucking cunt that is tragically our owner coming out with all this nonsense. I haven't seen Rafa's interview but you get the feeling this is fast moving closer to another implosion for the club.
