  1. R.I.P Absolutely tragic to see people die for something so stupid (war). My thoughts are with his family and friends. Terrible.
  2. Good player he is. He could be a decent signing but I'd rather wrap up the Ben Arfa deal first, as tbh, I can't see us getting more than £5m (rumoured fee for Benny) to spend.
  3. It's such a good feeling to beat Liverpool, love seeing their fans moan and groan and act like their worse off than everyone else! As mentioned above, Anfield would probably be burnt to the ground if they had to go through a fraction of crap we have with our owners over the past 30 odd years! Sympathy is always in short supply for that lot from me. Fucking delighted with that result, but this doesn't change a thing in regards to Ashley. Get out of our club.
  4. This. I just cant get over the way our club is being run and the shame our owners bring to the name of the club and the badge. It's just not right. Still, I pray we hold out. It'd be fantastic to beat Liverpool- it doesn't happen much.
  5. Winner! What's the tune for it?
  6. Me. I'd love a crack at working under Ashley. It'd be a good excuse to kick him in his fat ugly face when he sacked me after finishing 4th.
  7. Away games should be encouraged for our fans. As mentioned, Ashley gets nowt from it and the lads need the support away from home. It's the games at SJP that should be avoided, imo. I think people should avoid going for as long as possible- show him that this is the last straw for us and that as long as he's here, we won't give him money.
  8. This is probably the lowest time I've ever felt about NUFC. The fact that I've been on the brink of walking away from the club just says it all. This club is such a huge part of my life- I can't stand seeing it tortured like this.
  9. It would be better than being relegated a second time with him still here. At this rate we will be relegated and it will most likely be with him still as owner, so lets quash this potential silly argument. The club is absolutely fucked. That's all there is to it.

Looks like the 5 year plan was one to beat this club to a pulp until it cannot possibly survive. By the looks of things he'll be ahead of schedule? Oh well done, Mike. More pie for you you fucking fat cunt...

    Sunderland...

Imagine if both us and them ended up getting relegated? Very unlikely (for them) but it would be highly ironic...
  12. Protest outside the ground but don't go to the match. Or just stay home and do go to the match. I'm afraid the time has come for people to swallow their pride and for the greater good of the club stop going to home games. If he see's SJP becoming a ghost town and the club shop empty then he's going to do all he can to get out of here. Until now we've seen phenomenal attendances at home games- even in the Championship- and hence he's still here. Imo we must do all we can to get rid of this despicable cunt, the man is absolute scum of the earth. I would happily end his life. Tbh, if he were to sell the club but see us relegated I would bite you're hand off for that.

    Sunderland...

They have every right to laugh at us, tbh, especially as they are our fiercest rivals. :-[

    Alan Pardew

I think we've got a lot more immediate matters to worry about, mate. But should that day come, it'll be a very fucking low one.

If I do manage to tear myself away from this club then I will be watching the club rot to the ground from afar. And that will kill me inside...it really will. To just think that myself, like many other fans at this stage, are on the brink of walking away from Newcastle United because of one man and one man only makes me feel genuinely sad. Almost depressed. The scars of this club run deep, deeper than most people could imagine. People will say 'but just f***ing stay with the team then', but you have to ask yourself why bother? Why bother watching this team from now on and making your weekends a misery, why bother following this club through the most inexcusable relegation in its history and see it sink into oblivion as we are left powerless to watch Newcastle United die a slow and very painful death. I don't know whether 'walking away' will make a difference to me in the end. It'll hurt an incredible amount to see the unrepairable damage Ashley could inflict upon by the end of the season. This is a club that I want to be proud of. It is a club that I turn to when other things in my life are going s*** and I want to relate to it, forge it with my identity and let people know that I support Newcastle United, the North East's greatest football club. It's a club that I want to pass onto my kids and grandchildren. Our club is dying.
  16. We're having a party when Ashley dies... Jelly and icecream when Ashley dies...
  17. Singing die die Ashley Ashley die...
  18. "....So there he was, Keegan, cryin' on tha fackin flaw...an I says..."
  19. Why does anyone have any shred of optimism that this could possibly happen? I can't and it won't. Ashley struck lucky with Keegan before he had ruined his reputation, but then he ruined that gamble and since then has appointed Joe Kinnear, Alan Shearer and, of course, Chris Hughton. Let's get real here. I'm done with this club.
  20. Tactics crap? He changed them to the approval of most people on here when he needed to. I for one think he was learning fast and realising where he was going wrong and where he was going right. I don't think he would ever of had us as a top class side, but given time and finance stabilise us as a top 9/10 side. And as for the fitness levels? I'm not even going to bother. Do you honestly think we can attract someone better than him at this stage? Do you honestly think that the players will want to play for a new manager (especially some cunt like Pardew or Kinnear) given the circumstances in which Hughton left? I highly, highly doubt it.
  21. Completely apathetic. For the first time in my life come Saturday I wont be watching a Newcastle game that's on TV (I live abroad so it's a big deal to me). Also, for the first time in my life I am on the brink of walking away from NUFC. It disgusts me and deeply, deeply saddens me that things have sunk to these depths, but I'm struggling to see any sort of future for this club as long as that man is at the helm. Just really, really deflated.
  22. Protests will do absolutely nothing. The type of man we're dealing with is one that will only dig his heels further into Barrack Road the harder we try to push him. We're effectively powerless.
  23. I just couldn't care enough to sing anyone's name, make banners....let alone watch the match Singing his name won't make him come back, it wont make Ashley leave. It will do nothing but waste you're energy.

    Chris Hughton

All the best, Chris. You saved our club- you'll go down as a legend in our black & white history books.
