  1. Sturridge got 18 on his own for me.

He looks... alright. It's hard to tell so far whether he's playing well in this league, or just better than the shower of shite around him.
  3. Have a Gremio DNB/Newell's DNB double currently. It was going quite well, until Gremio had a man sent off a few minutes ago after only half an hour. This is an issue. Edit: a Gremio goal however has helped things. We'll see how it goes from here. Edit 2: correction - they're both double chance, not DNB. Small saver on Botafogo to win to cover the bet, with Newell's looking comfortable. I'll make this into a film if there is popular demand. A riveting tale, I know.

    Sunderland

Watched their game today. Their performance was one of relegation fodder. They started well, had a go - to use that often-used patronising phrase - and profited from Vidic's gift. They however just invited Man Utd on and the latter's confidence grew and grew. It was inevitable they'd score and just as inevitable they'd go on and win. Sunderland's main tactic was hoofing it towards Altidore and hoping he could do something. He held it up relatively well when given the chance but the service, generally, shocking. The support, minimal. The quality? Non-existent. They're in massive trouble.
  5. I think they're just irked that recently we've beaten them loads. Only fair they get the odd win.
  6. Someone is surely getting sent off here.
  7. This could get embarrassing for Inter if they don't get a goal soon.
  8. Unlucky, I've got that. Schalke was the main single today. Schalke -1 also came in, very generous odds. Less smart was Rooney anytime.
  9. Not too bothered about our defeat today. Very questionable penalty and lucky how it went in, but that was hardly the reason we lost. It was more Man City being, er, better. Which, if they play well, they'll tend to be.
  10. Not for one minute saying it's definitely going to happen, but Palace 12/1 DNB tomorrow. Unbelievable odds. They can get beat 5-0 - it'll still be absolutely obscene value. Laying Liverpool at home is probably the most profitable investment you can make in this country, considering the odds you can get when it comes off. 4/1 double chance. Worth a small punt. Just watched the "Sports Authority" preview on Oddschecker. Predicting Liverpool to run riot. "This is a different Liverpool." A different Liverpool who lost their last home game to Southampton and consistently failed time and time again against lesser sides in the past few years at Anfield. Look, they might win by miles tomorrow, sure, but laying Liverpool at home is well worth looking at once again this season.
  11. Serious changes required after a recent fiasco. Took a 4 point hit. Walcott, Hazard and Chamakh out - Sigurdsson, Ramsey and Sturridge in.
  12. First bet in. Now, you Belgians....
  13. If you fancy it, go for it. Don't let some evil Everton fan tell you what to do.
  14. Something else which is intangible which I'm finding - go with your instinct. Did anyone see Santos @ 2/1 last night? At home to struggling Sao Paulo? Just plain weird odds. But did I go for that? No, I tried to be a clever dick and went for the draw. Won 3-0. Lesson learnt.
  15. Going for Valencia, as well. If it loses, it loses. Price is too big, simple as that.
  16. David - if you put that £230 on Leverkusen DNB.....
