Handanovic sent off after 5 minutes for Inter. Torino missed the penalty.

Nope. No, really, I can't. It's all over the place.

Was the best part of £100 down over the past couple of days, but £10 on a Verona/Hamburg-Stuttgart double with BTTS in each came in at 16/1. Really liking the match result/BTTS combined market, some real value IMO.

Yup. He consistently tries to edge out teams in big games rather than just going for it and seeing what happened. Not one single away win in those games. It's beyond laughable and it's all down to the way he set us up. Try to nick a goal, keep it tight and so on. What he's doing at Man Utd will not change my mind about what he did at Everton. He stabilised us and got us moving in the right direction on a tiny budget. It can't be underestimated how well he did in that respect. He also got us playing progressively better football year on year. He just doesn't have that natural winning mentality, IMO. Now, mix that with a club who are used to winning week in, week out, year in, year out and supporters who have to come to expect that - many of whom won't even know what it's like for Man Utd not to be winning all the time - and you have a recipe for disaster. I think they'll improve as the season goes on and finish 3rd. Can't see them getting that far in Europe, so I guess FA/League Cup is their best bet. I doubt that will appease the fans, rightly or wrongly.

Villa are an odd team. They have some decent players but they put in more than their fair share of crap performances.

One of the thickest, most unnecessary challenges imaginable by Lennon.
-
Some exceptional touches there. The weight of Paulinho's was perfect and Soldado could easily have miscontrolled that running at pace. Great goal.
-
Bobby Soldado 2-0.
-
Better week after 2 atrocious weeks. 55 so far, plus whatever Soldado and Walker get here.

 I think the adverts are great, personally.

They are, tbf. Nearly evens with a team with a history of winning big at SJP, and more importantly a team in very good form, against a wildly inconsistent team who are prone to collapsing in games. Probably the h'caps are the way to play this. Also seen Liverpool to win by 2 goals at nearly 5/1 - could be appealing to those who've gone for 2-0/3-1 Liverpool, which seems to be a lot of people. Hope you do smash the cunts. Just can't see it at all.

Can get 9/2 on Suarez and Rooney anytime. Outrageous. Guess the only slight doubt is whether Suarez might be on the bench due to Uruguay travels? Otherwise, it's a big overpricing.
-
Yup. Therefore I've saved you a point or 3.

I think my previous comments regarding Montenegro's undoubted quality were firmly proved tonight. Written apologies will suffice.

Ray Hudson is fucking exceptional.

Was looking through all the results and this was the one that stood out most. 5-2 ffs. Moldova only finished 2 points behind Poland.

Really enjoying the Guardian Football Weekly ones currently. Jimbo's very quick and funny as well as usually very knowledgeable guests. Mondays and Thursdays.

Danger all about tonight what with plenty of teams not having much to play for. Works the other way anarl, easy to underestimate those teams. Basically, be careful. Don't think I'll be going heavy on stakes. **6 hours later** http://i.cdn.turner.com/trutv/trutv.com/graphics/shows/storage-hunters/interviews/t-money.jpg "MONEY!"

Be careful with Taylor in this market in the future, he generally doesn't get an awful lot of 180's as often switches down to T19 even if he's planted first two darts in T20. Taylor in the 180 market is always a fairly large price against majority of players. Although 4/1 still seems way to big for a one off match, he’s usually around 10/1 to get most 180’s on the night in the Premier League. Yeah. Watched a fair bit of Taylor especially in the past 2-3 years and he loves going down to T19. Just thought 4/1 in a one-off match - a big match which I fancied Chisnall to hoke in - was way too big. Would've priced it at 7/4 myself.
-
Anyone else get on Paddy Power's offer of Taylor to have the most 180s? 4/1. Easiest bet I think I'm ever likely to win. Laid it off to guarantee a decent profit.

Think I'll be taking Denver over 38.5 points later. I still think they'll let the Jags in a couple of times due to their suspect defence (yes, Jags are really, really bad, I know.) Don't think it'll be quite the total demolition job people are making out. Something like 45-17. Think the h'cap spread will be pretty much on the money (26.5 is the best you can get I think for the Broncos.)
