  1. Would be funny as f*** if they lost the qualifier mind. Their current UEFA ranking could well put them in the wrong side of the qualifier draw and they'll do an Everton. City's squad is a bit stronger than Everton's don't you think? Imagine this side participating in the CL (played in the qualifying round vs Villareal) Martyn, Hibbert, Yobo, Weir, Pistone (McFadden 80), Cahill, Arteta, Neville, Davies, Kilbane (Ferguson 62), Beattie (Bent 63). Woeful. How very dare you.
  2. Is it not worth having a striker in the squad? Seems strange not to have one at all.

Tbh, your command of your second language while drunk is better than Neesy's sober English. Although his sentences are more sobering than anything.
  4. Same. Unless you are taking the piss he is only 27 isn't he!? Aye, he is. Not sure why, but always imagined he was about 30. Seems to have been around for ages - I'd also have him in a heartbeat. Distin and Samba would be the ultimate centre back pairing of black power.

A jump of over 300 miles certainly classifies as "big", I'll give you that.
  6. Only just 27 too - thought he was almost 30.
  7. Absobloodylutely. Get another drink down you!
  8. Wimbledon battered Fleetwood tonight 6-1 (8-1 agg). Hope they make it up.
  9. Overall, they've been alright this season.
  10. A draw would still mean they're officially champions like.
  11. Should really be worth an extra point. Levante frankly look comfortable. No one remotely near a striker's position for Barca. No doubt they'll score twice in 5 minutes to shut me up.
  12. Would see little harm in him missing one of the last 2 games, really.
  13. Villa keeps on getting read which way he's going to go, and it's fairly obvious. His time as an actual striker feels like a long, long time ago.
  14. Barca would be behind against a better side. Some of their defending has been criminal.
  15. Valdes had absolutely no need to come out there.
  16. An acceptable 87% of the ball. Yet Levante are 4-0 on shots.
  17. What's wrong with them being ambitious after finishing 4th and getting to the quarters of the CL? That it's a one off and they should realise that before calling for the head of their best manager in donkeys years perhaps? Yes, but more generally there's no surprise some are getting excited after their recent achievements. Calling for Redknapp's head is OTT but there's nothing wrong in "thinking they could do better". It's unlikely, but if you can't have some optimism and ambition after the upwardly mobile 12 months they've had then when can you?
