  1. They'll win next week and sneak in.
  2. City's press is so uncoordinated, they leave oceans of space in front of the back four. They're so easy to get at.
  3. With Kvara incoming, surprised no one has made a move for Barcola. Good player.
  4. The offside law in it's present form is the pits.
  5. Southampton allegedly want £55 million for Dibling.
  6. Cheers man. Only just feels I got my head around the last set of PSR rules. Explains why we're focusing on clearing the decks then.
  7. Aye, I just wasn't sure if they were included as part of the PSR calc. It feels like there's a lot of clubs that are going to be knackered by this.
  8. So wages aren't included in amortisation?
  9. So in theory, minus any commercial growth since then, we'd ne looking at an amortised spend of around £75 million if we chose to max out?

Hard to know. We can only guesstimate from last years accounts. The noise is that we need to buy to sell this window though.
  12. The question is, would Forest have agreed to that?
  13. If anyone hasn't seen it.
  14. Would the squad cost rules not work in our favour? I'm not sure I fully understand it.
  15. Not having that initial batch of absentees through obscure injuries or bans helps too.

Easy to say in hindsight, but they finished on 32 points. They could have easily gone down were it not for such a weak group of promoted teams.
  17. That's exactly why I'd say it's a bit simplistic to put it in those terms. Just my view though.
  18. We need a "bomb squad".
  19. It's a bit simplistic to view it as a swap deal when we got £35 million in the coffers for Anderson.
  20. The Athletic later reported that we pulled out at £55 million a couple of weeks before the window shut.
  21. Fair, didn't watch the game.
  22. Worth remembering City recorded £715m in revenue last season.
