I'm amazed people are actually surprised by this. It's not as if we made a statement at the end of last season saying we had no money to spend This is a drop in the ocean compared to some of the mistakes he's made. I'm not particularly gutted because my expectations have been lowered so successfully that any talk of him actually joining us seemed slightly fanciful anyway.
