The funniest one is when they call NUFC shit and expect you to leap to their defence, only to respond by saying you think they're 100 times shitter than they do.
-
But what else do you do when you love football and you support NUFC? There's little choice but to keep in touch with it somehow, or else fuck off football altogether.
-
He does seem to get plenty of plaudits for stabilising the club, whatever that means. There have been a few critical articles in the media lately but he generally gets off lightly.
-
Only way I'm still involved beyond watching streams and posting on here is going to a handful of aways a season. If NUFC started profiting from that beyond a booking fee or whatever then I'd be tempted to pack that in as well. No point in giving them any cash as it all goes towards making us smaller and more hopeless. The sad thing is we're not wasting years and years standing still, it's worse than that as we're falling behind at a rapid rate in almost every sense as a club. The spiteful cunt even sold off the land around the ground FFS. Enough's enough but what the fuck can you do as an individual other than bemoan the absence of any competitive spirit at a once proud football club and not hand over any cash, when the vast majority of it's coming in via Sky anyway? Modern life is rubbish.

Of course it won't majority of matchgoers don't frequent message boards and basically "go to the match". NUFC today is light-years better than it has been in the past, even with Ashley's constraints. I was just popping in to say the rate at which the club's stature has dwindled the last 7 years is quite frightening. Really are a nothing club now, and we weren't before.

Re his injury record, wasn't he pretty consistently in the side every single week once he broke into it and excluding the last 6 months? Kid looked fucked at one point he was playing that much.
-
I'm going to it, apologies therefore that it will be a heavy loss with a Shola hatrick. Funniest situation would be us leading by a goal with impressive performances by players Pardew didn't rate such as Cabella and Anita, then a last minute penalty for Palace. Shola steps up, Shola has never missed a penalty and never will, Shola misses the penalty. Annnnnnnnd stop dreaming.

Sounds very familiar, the frustration that the obvious is being ignored. Pards knows best, man. Deluded cunts.

That don't impress me Mutch.

Is this allowed now then? Not if you take too long it isn't.

The manager of Newcastle United Football Club, ladies and gentlemen. Edit - erm, 5 days ago.

Concha wish your forward was mint like me?

Hans is hugely underrated in the football section. Doesn't even devote anywhere near enough time to being hilarious anymore, he's trying to right that many wrongs. I love this "You can't blame Carvs" rhetroic that's getting trotted out now, sort of reminds me of "Poor Pards" as if they're earnestly trying to do a good job in the face of an arsehole of an owner, when in actual fact neither of them would be near the top job at our club if their tongue wasn't so firmly lodged up our arsehole of an owner's arse.

Turns up at my flat and he's getting told to fuck off.

Couldn't care less whether we stay up or go down tbh. Boring as fuck being NUFC in the Premier League.
-
Stop making the same boring point over and over again, man. As if anyone doesn't know by now that the players brought in weren't always to Pardew's liking. It's a well known fact but the longer he's gone the more you keep saying it, as if it's something new. God knows why.
-
He's back in my first team on FM.

Those halycon days when they finished 7th a couple of times.
-
It's quite something how they've managed to suck so much of the fun out of one of the most pleasing manager departures we've ever had.
-
Another London media darling, some of them used to go on like he was Beckenbauer when he was in fact a very limited player.
-
Another lad's dad turned up absolutely smashed every now and again and gave us a rousing team talk where we were told to break the other team's legs. We ignored him like but it was always funny.
-
Startlingly they missed out 'don't sit on it, you'll egg it!' and 'no mooching/no blasties' Our Wallsend Boys Club team was called No Blasties like, on account of playing football with me dad in goal and him always saying it. He was the "manager".
