This Everton thing's pissed me off like. I know they were responding directly to a question about TV revenue but it does not consider the bigger picture. If they were so inclined, Everton could probably make £50m+ profit on player sales by selling Barkley, Stones and Baines alone. That's partly because they're talented players but partly because they've been in a side playing excellent football every week in a way that catches the eye and showcases those players' talents. Who have we got that could fetch over £5m? Krul? Debuchy? Anyone else?

I assumed that's why you'd posted it but then everyone started being nice so I restrained from laughing. I can't believe people were saying it was a nice sentiment. How? Unless they mean it was nice that they made a memorial at all.

It's so needless too. People would be content with just a few small changes, unfortunately those changes being enforced would require a totally different attitude from those running the show.

That is absolutely f***ing outrageous! To be fair, these are the questions that led to that. It's cringeworthy that it's even a discussion topic, but it's not as bad in context. You're right in saying it's not as bad in context, but the message still remains that they couldn't give a fuck about giving the fans any excitement.

Ah just spotted it, cheers. Not good. There does also seem to be a lot of people popping up in the comments accusing anti-Ashley/Pardew members of abuse and cliquey behaviour as well mind. I only go on there every now and again but the debate seems fairly tame whenever I've been on.

Lots of talk on the True Faith Facebook page about unwarranted abuse towards other members (Michael Martin's said he'll ban the culprits if enough people are of the same belief) - anyone know what they're on about?

Wait, the mackems are letting Poyet go? Rumours he'll be off to another club, he sort of denied it the other day though IIRC.
