  1. I thought Pardew did areet today and didn't have many complaints - I'd have played a different starting 11 (Haidara and Ben Arfa starting) and got Ben Arfa on quicker but I don't think pointing that out means I'm blaming him for the result or whatever. We more than matched the best team in the country for long periods, so fair do's. Said similar after the Arsenal game too really.

    Loïc Remy

Remy seemed like just what we needed when we got him on loan, a forward who was happy playing on the left. Not his fault Cisse's confidence is shot and he's being played in a position where his back's often to goal, which doesn't suit him. If we bought a proper centre forward and stuck Remy on the left I think he'd be areet.
  3. Really? Howay man - you're better than that, that's Brett stuff mate.
  4. Ehhhhhhhhhhhh, ow can ee say ee wuz impeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeded, ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh, der goal shoulda stood, ehhhhhhhhhhhhh, dee do doh don't dee doh.
  5. the follow up kick was never meant to do anything but hurt him, I don't sympathize with Nasri as he's a bell end but it should have been a red card Definite red.
  6. He does lose his s*** on the touchline far too frequently, that's a fact. every manager loses their s*** on the touchline, theres bigger things to be worried about He does more than most, and more frequently. Needs to calm down, nobody's saying it's the biggest issue at the club. Surely the only thing that makes him redeemable with that section of fans that consistently back him. I don't mind a manager that shows he is passionate, I quite like it. Probably doesn't do much to help the composure of our players though. I know what you mean but if he's radge all the time he becomes the boy who cried wolf. Bit embarrassing as well, all this bitching and pushing and shoving on the touchline.

    Loïc Remy

Doesn't seem to be playing as instinctively as when he first arrived, over-thinking situations too much and he's a far poorer player when he does that.

  9. injury ended whatever momentum we had and City used the break to reorganize tbh We must be able to see into the future then because our attacking threat levelled off 5-10 minutes before that tackle. The break in play did make matters worse though.

  11. He's a right wheeler dealer like, God knows how he does it.
  12. The Johnstone's Paint Trophy, that's a new one. Fair play.
  13. First 15 minutes we were poor then we started getting in their faces and had the better of the game until around 70 minutes when we seemed to run out of steam. Tbf like, the Tiote goal should have stood and Remy really should have scored once or twice. I didn't like the subs at all and the last 20 minutes were a bit of a write-off as a result.
  14. Crowd still booing every break in play almost an hour after the event.
  15. Think it's time, we've had the better of it for a while now but we're starting to look flat.
  16. True, first 15 minutes aside we've been the better side. Can't believe that call, the ball is yards from Gouffran - it's not even close to hitting him.
  17. If Haidara is fully fit then I don't understand the team selection.
