Aye, I reckon 35 points or less might do the job this time. They need to start winning soon if they have a hope in hell mind.

It's funny that we were discussing that Portsmouth 3-0 in the relegation season was our last big away PL win the other day.

Hads on, where the fuck is the poll?! -
He's like an annoying little brother, the main non-genetic difference being that I certainly wouldn't intervene if he was getting his head kicked in. Suarez missed too many chances and too many games through suspension at the start of his time in this league but the guy is tearing it apart now. I still hate him and want to see the back of him, as I hate the ceaseless moaning and cheating and diving. It's easier not to hate him when you just watch Liverpool's goals rather then full coverage mind, some of his recent ones have been outstanding.

You saying Loki's own eyes haven't been in the dressing room when Pardew has given a team talk It's quite clear what he meant you idiots. Well not you, Ashley.

Deffaz, now he's admitted it. Done, Pards.

The Chelsea match argument's not been done to death, so we might as well get cracking again, HTL. -
Stoke on Boxing Day and Arsenal on Sunday 29th. Might struggle to get tickets as I've left it a bit late but trying tomorrow and will otherwise watch it in a pub in town.

Haha I'm back up Saturday until the Monday after Christmas, best bet might be one of the home matches if you're around as they might be the only times I venture into Newcastle. Tend to go to Tynemouth more often than not otherwise these days.
-
Fuck knas where they are.
-
You said that on Monday? Howay man, it's been obvious Mackay is off for weeks, if not months.

Forgot last week, what a div. Anyway GW17: Liverpool 4-1 Cardiff Crystal Palace 1-2 Newcastle Fulham 1-3 Man City Man Utd 1-0 West Ham Stoke 0-0 Aston Villa Sunderland 2-1 Norwich West Brom 1-1 Hull Southampton 2-1 Tottenham Swansea 1-2 Everton Arsenal 2-2 Chelsea -
He harassed referees to the extent that they'd add more injury time on for fear of being bollocked by him, the Premier League or the media, which led to his team scoring loads of late goals, which is basically cheating but it's Man Utd and "Fergie time" is a really witty phrase so who cares LOL
-
Hmm, he did pretty well to get them promoted after around a decade of being playoff also-rans like. They always had a good squad for down there too.
-
Pardew would probably resign n'all, he's that used to doing what he's told LOLLLLLLLLL

Should people be desperate for players they don't even think we should be signing based on the assumption we're unlikely to sign anyone? If we're unlikely to sign anyone who cares what players we're linked with or what the Journal says on any potential transfer anyway? Decent improvements to the squad over nobody at all thanks, see the summer when people were saying thank fuck we didn't sign this player or that player because they weren't the perfect signing. Instead we bought nobody but these people were still presumably still happy as Larry. I'm sure if most people were given a direct choice between nobody or Zaha on a short term loan they'd go for the later. But the fact is if we're to assume Zaha is a possibility we have to assume others are as well and in that case why shouldn't we have preferences? Also I'm still very glad we didn't sign Darren Bent. I'm making the point that people were doing somersaults that we didn't sign certain players in the summer, then we signed nobody. Celebrating not signing a player who is better than what we've got (this time in reserve, admittedly) with our record for gleefully leaving our squad short is boneheaded.

"Good" when knowing full well there's a good chance we'll sign nobody. Some very imperceptive people on here, it's been 5 or so years of this shit.

Mourinho's got a very gifted squad pretty much all over the pitch at Chelsea tbh, I've got no idea why he went into the season with them 3 as his strikers though. Seemed daft then and seems daft now.

No, I mean relative to their opponents. Hughton's team was stronger compared to the rest of the Championship than Pardew's current team is compared to the rest of the PL. Fucking Christ Almighty. What's up mate? You're stating the obvious to the extent it's pointless even posting it. If it were anything else, people would be saying Pardew should be challenging for the title. Have you just popped up to have a go for no reason? It followed on from a discussion about how Hughton should have been expected to do very well with the squad he had. Then I was asked to explain, so I explained. You really need to give up on the idea that every post I make has some sort of agenda to praise Pardew. Nah.
