Let's not forget the people who support a club like Manchester United despite never watching a game. You ask them to name any starting 11 and they would only come up with Rooney and maybe even Ronaldo as they are oblivious to his departure years ago. They are entitled to label themselves as a supporter but it is easy to see through it. Also dislike all the glory hunters. If I were to ask someone who they supported, it would be easily one of the top 4 - 99% of the time. I hold respect to one of my best mates for being an Everton fan. Unlike others, we know what it is like to not expect to win everything, giving us that extra buzz whenever we do. I have to agree that these glory hunters will never experience what being a true football fan is about. Liverpool may be going down that road in the long term, so I look forward to seeing their so called "fans" suffer once in awhile.

35m is not much good if we can't spend it until summer. We're clearly one of the losers for this window. Only if we stay up and reinvest that money in the summer can we reconsider that.

Just arrived back home from the city after watching the match in a packed bar (Sun is beginning to rise). Gutted that we lost the match as our performance was certainly more deserving of a result. Despite the loss, I'm still proud of the way we played and the improvement we have made over the past few years under Verbeek.
