Get in! much more fussed about Colo staying than Cabaye going.
-
Am I one of the only one's really not that bothered? Very, very good at times but always played wrong and far too defensive. Hopefully the fee from this will fund a striker.
-
Oh well. Never utilised right here, totally wasted under Pardew. This is whether he stays or goes, we're going nowhere as a club under this bloke.
-
He holds onto the ball far too long, picks the wrong pass and has one of the worst shots i've ever seen except one flukey one. Keeps Anita who's a far better player out of the side also because our fucking shit manager feels he needs steel in the middle.
-
Yippeeeeee!!! Argh, was hoping he'd piss off this summer. One of the worst players last season, absolutely horrendous.
-
Were we? We were good defensively but the football was still poor iirc regardless of the results.
-
Contrast it to the "we're shit... and we're sick of it" chants a few months into Allardyce's tenure and it's difficult to pinpoint why it didn't happen other than fan apathy and good grace due to last year's finish. Baffling. Think it'll happen next season if the shit continues which I think it will.

Cancelled mine today and they just stop all future payments. Interesting. Seriously considering this. Why pay to get your weekend ruined routinely and be extremely pissed off?
-
I've hated how patient SJP has been with him this season. The Reading game a small sign of anger was creeping in, then it was gone. Nothing has changed since that Reading game, we're just as shit if not worse. The Sunderland and Liverpool games were the worst performances i've ever seen by a Newcastle side. The players can hang their heads as well, as much as Pardew's been shit they were fucking disgraceful in them two games.
-
"I am Newcastle manager, I shouldn't be in a job if I don't think I can win every game."
-
That won't change anything though. He says the right things all the time. If that's what you judged a manager on he'd be one of the best in the world. As his football and results prove, he's a fucking fraud.
-
Feeling so negative towards the club. We shoot ourselves in the foot far too often.

Get real

Nothing he says means anything. When it's positive or negative. He says the fans want to see positive attacking football then never delivers it. He's one of the most negative managers we've ever had and the one i've disliked the most. The team look so uncomfortable and devoid of ideas when out on the pitch. We focus on being defensive yet are horrendous defensively, have no attacking game plan, better players on the bench than one's who are consistently starting and letting the side down (Tiote, Jonas), haven't scored from a corner since 2011 two years ago and can't change tactics to counter the opposition during a game. For me all of the above a manager can fix but Pardew seems to reluctant to change things despite them not working for over two years. He's not up to the level of squad we have and it's glaringly obvious to everyone except his chums in the media and most importantly our owner and managing director. He's showed nothing in this season to prove he deserves to keep his job. Fuck knows what he said in that meeting but he's incredibly lucky to come out with his job in tact. He's wasting away great finds by an incredible scout and the best side we've had since SBR's days. The more intelligent players looked pissed off towards the end of the season. I never want us to lose but if next season didn't start well and he lost his job I certainly wouldn't be complaining the day it happened.
-
Do a phone in now you cowardly prick. Actually hate him and dreading next season.
-
Yeah don't think it'll be Ben Arfa. Seems happy here and no one would pay what we want for him. That or the fact i'm a HBA fanboy and would be crushed if he left and sticking my head in the sand
-
If we were competing at the very top level would you begrudge paying more to watch it?
-
Think it'll be Cabaye. He's been told he'd be playing a different role than he has for two years and that the team around him would be playing a style that has been played maybe 6 games since he signed?
-
On the "affordable" part. I'd happily pay more money to watch the team if we we're challenging trophies and the top 4. Something we're never going to achieve with this bellend at the helm.
-
How, after last season could he possibly keep his job? This is going to backfire so bad. Stability only works with the right people. Pardew's done nothing in his career to prove he's a top calibre manager in the ilk of a Ferguson or Wenger to be warranted the long term trust of the club. The majority of fans will vocally turn on him next season. On the plus side, I think he'll be gone by christmas.
-
Long term stability? Fuck right off. It only works if it's with the right man.
-
Next season is going to be so depressing.
-
I can't support him next season if he's still here. New season or not, this one was completely fucked by his incompetence. What's there to get behind? Another season of shit football, disillusioned players and a manager who doesn't give a fuck.

Ben Arfa v Fulham (A)?
-
Just seen it was his pass that set Walcott up for that near goal. He's useless.
