This is it. They can keep the 3pm black out for residential premises, if they allowed games to be shown locally. It would be a great way of helping pubs survive, even if only a small number of them were selected to show the games. Heck, the Premier League could have their own chain of pubs across the nation, charge £10 a pint on a matchday and they would fucking rake it in.
