I for one can’t wait to see Willock once again be played through for a 1 v 1 situation, only to suddenly stop his run and let the defenders get back. He’s probably one of the stupidest footballers I’ve seen play, not shit, just fucking stupid.

Sheffield Wednesday finish the season on 0 points after their win against WBA. Overall a great day for them, they escape the tag of finishing the season with minus points, get a takeover, and have no points deducted next season.

Despite them being a Welsh town, I get the impression that they are culturally more like their North West neighbours than the rest of Wales. They have always been more of a football town, and have their industry taken from them and been left to rot by successive governments. Fuck me how much I’d rather them than Southampton or Millwall.

Hull have also had their yo-yo spell, Derby to a lesser extent. The only 2 teams in there who haven’t in play off contention are Millwall, and Wrexham, and 1 set of fans you don’t want anywhere near you.

My uni flatmate who’s from Norwich is adamant that he used to do gigs at Norwich university in a Norwich shirt before he became famous.

I mean they aren’t selling us anytime soon, we have such a gap between initial investment, and potential valuation now. In 10 years time with a new stadium, we could easily be valued at £5bn.

Football clubs should have done it ages ago. The thing is though I’m fucking convinced some of the top 6 clubs pay for bot accounts and it bumps their numbers up and they in turn get revenue. So long as they do, they aren’t going to change a thing.

With the rumours of Staveley wanting to buy a club and being open to bidding for us, I’d love her back, but once we are in a new stadium and have our training ground.

There wasn’t a time frame but on the announcements. Also they are supposed to be meeting again tomorrow before the match. It will still take time between them deciding, and any announcement, I can’t see anything being said until Tuesday at the very earliest.

Unless FFP/PSR/SCR or whatever it is called this month is scraped, we have no chance of being the best club in the world by 2030. That’s ok though, so long as our ambition is to compete and ultimately get there. We’ve said it ourselves though, and now outside commentators are saying the same, the way we change it and the way we increase our stature is through a new stadium with massive revenue increases. Even though I’m somewhat of a defender of PIF’s ambitions for us, I do agree that we need to see these ambitions with our training ground, new stadium, and even sponsorship all realised soon. I think what we have to bear in mind though is that no other owner is going to build us a new stadium, a new training ground with a mini stadium etc. Our next owners whenever they come along are going to be sitting taking the income and having us as self funding. We need to take everything from PIF whilst we have a chance, otherwise ultimately we’ll be left behind and will always be at risk of dropping off and even eventually relegation (if they don’t lock the Premier League).

Al Hilal and the other clubs were always going to sold though, this was said from the outset that it was a temporary measure. The Al Hilal deal has been going on for about a year now. They did buy EA, and they also own the company that made Pokémon Go. The Paramount and WB merger is going ahead.

It’s only just opened. What happened to Ashley’s let it rot and let the carpets in hospitality look like something from WHSmith and The Mushroom philosophy?

The thing is, it could be outdated upon arrival. Our team were getting crowds bigger than the capacity they are building back in the 3rd tier. They are a WSL team, surely they will anticipate bigger crowds and a move into Brightons stadium in the future?
