Honestly think the CEO will be doing a lot of day to day running. The thing we need to get away from is everything going to Saudi to get signed off.

We aren’t ending up in a relegation battle man.

His time is coming to an end. He’s been here 4.5 years. Not many managers last that long, and even less last longer. The longest serving manager in the league right now is having fans say he should be sacked if his team don’t win the league this season, something that they haven’t done for over 20 years. He’s out of ideas, and he can’t get the players up. He’s been backed, yes last summer was difficult, but every manager has to deal with one of their best players wanting out and some of their first choices not being available, or arriving at the club. It can’t be used as an excuse, fucking hell look at Bournemouth who lost all their big names last summer and are doing well, or Brentford who lost some of their best players last summer, one of us to us, as well as their manager, they were tipped for relegation and are now moving forward looking for Europe. Am I grateful for him turning us from going down, tow being in the Champions a league and winning a cup? Yes, of course, but we can’t hold on to that forever as other teams leap above us.
-
It needs to be both. He’s too fucking stubborn to change the players, make subs, change tactics. Won’t even buy players who he’s either had at Bournemouth, or Bournemouth had on their target list. He’s not good enough for where we want to be, and honestly considering we were in Europe and he’s used that as an excuse for poor league form, he’s not good enough for where we are now.

The good thing about North Shields is that there is faith there that the people running it now will work to improve themselves next season. Under the previous owners there was a belief that they were dipping their hands in the pot. You couldn’t pay for entry on your card, meanwhile teams in the same league sold digital tickets. People were put off going, fans deserted them for the likes of Percy Main etc. Now the fans are back, youngsters are going, last week they got over 1,000 in attendance, on it was a local derby against Whitley Bay, but still.

Dream scenario. We get a European place (obviously finishing above Sunderland). Arsenal end up without a trophy. Spurs go down.
-
Correct me if I’m wrong, but if Coventry win today, and Middlesbrough fail to win, then Coventry are promoted?
-
Was that microphone feedback, or just Alan Smith?
-
His father-in-law would never speak to him again if he moved to Spurs.

Him and his lass won’t leave London. I mean he might, but his lass won’t.

I’m sure I have heard that Premier League kits won’t the fat stripes because it would go against the manufacturing branding space. Of course it could be that clubs have a different version for the Premier League compared to other competitions, apparently Arsenal’s Emirates sponsor is a different size for domestic competitions than it is for European completions.

Minimum payment from the Premier League works out at atleast €111m.

It started out as her calling trans people peadophiles amongst other things. Her whole online persona was about NUFC, NUFC in her name, as her profile picture, all over her bio, so much so that she was one of the main search results on Twitter when searching the clubs name. The club banned her because they couldn’t guarantee the safety of trans people in the stadium if she came across them. All of a sudden she started crying her eyes out to all the rags. She even had a go fund me campaign to help her fight it. In the end she ended up going on GB News and they amongst Reform backers are now backing her with funds for her legal fights. She’s even started encouraging people to back reform in elections. In the most recent courts case the club pointed to the Premier Leagues handbook. So now she is going after them. It’s basically just a Reform PR campaign now.

Hard to believe that someone who identifies as a lesbian who grew up in the North East in the 90’s-00’s would be so vocal against trans rights, and now LBGTQ rights. Absolutely fucking thick as fuck.

Hairy hands’ son has claimed that Hairy Hands used his daughters illness to prevent picture of him wearing high heels and a dress from being leaked.

I bought it in lock down. Not only are the bags not numbered, but they aren’t even in bags that are in order of how you need to build it.

The club badge should be where the Adidas logo is, the Adidas logo should be where the Adidas writing is, and the Adidas writing should be where the club badge is.

I’d take the Conference League. We will be running at a 70% SCR rate even if we are not in Europe, in order to qualify for future years. This gives us an opportunity to get our coefficient up, and as someone else has said, it gives us the chance to start working with 2 games a week. I’d rather be in Europe than not in Europe. During the Ashley years we could only dream of European football. We obviously have higher ambitions and targets now as a football club, but we should still respect the steps we need to take to get there.
-
That’s fucking lifting.
-
Yeah, assuming Chelsea don’t fall off a cliff and and assuming they both make it to the final, then that would mean 8th place gets a European spot.
-
Not true though. Since Staveley left the club has hired a DOF for the women’s team, and sacked an underperforming manager to bring in another manager who is rated rather highly. The signings leave a lot to be desired, but it’s not due to a lack of interest.
-
England now officially has a 5th Champions League spot.
-
Rather have Wrexham promoted than fucking Southampton.
-
It just goes to show that the owner has no interest though. He’s either at best going to run it with a Brighton model where they buy players for nothing and sell them on for a profit, or he’s looking to sell them as soon as someone is willing to pay him a decent fee. Guaranteed that the minority stake they have left is to make it easier to licence the clubs naming and branding rather than any interest in the club or expectation of revenue.

Womens football is out of PSR/SCR expenses. The popularity of it is growing, with an increased opportunity to make it into the WSL. They have sold a majority stake to a 3rd party, it screams like nothing else but an asset sale because if the owner was interested in having a decent womens team, he could easily afford to subsidise them.
