Only if we don’t win.

Are their defenders confirmed as being out, or is it just speculation?

Villa’s has no road in the middle of it, but theirs is subjected to the same conditions because it’s not officially part of the grounds.
-
Shearer’s can show it because it’s part of SJP, and therefore the venue where the match is being played at. The Stack is not part of SJP, and has it’s own address, so therefor can’t show anything that’s not selected for TV.

The Premier League have partnered with Coca Cola, and at the launch of next season you will be able to buy team colour branded Coca Cola cans. Arsenal have the default Coca Cola colour. 😂
-
Nah, they have the rights to show 1 match per match weekend.
-
Crystal Palace may not be able to play in the Europa League next season as Textor also owns Lyon who have also qualified. He has passed the deadline of when he was supposed to adjust his ownership shares in either club.
-
It’s on their Yellow ticker on SSN though.

They’ll have to, but that’s the exact reason why they won’t. I’ve just written to the NUST saying this, I think it’s something fans should be pushing for. I was on night shift last night and talking to a Sunderland fan about it. We both agreed that they either need to end the blackout, or to have fanzone parks and/or pubs in areas local to the clubs where the games can be shown.

It’s to do with Shearer’s being a part of SJP, so therefor it’s the venue of the match and can show the game. The Stack is across the road, and has it’s own address. With clubs opening up similar fan zones, it needs to be addressed so that they can at least show the games. Man City for example are building one within the confines of the Etihad, us and Villa have our adjacent to our stadiums, but have their own address and can’t show the games.

It’s a bank holiday weekend. A few of us on here are meeting up after the match. As such I ideally need to be in Newcastle so I can easily meet up with them afterwards. Us not being on TV means that the only place that can legally show us is Shearer’s bar, not even the Stack will be able to show us. On a bank holiday weekend town will be busy, many people will actually have to book a place in bars.

In all fairness, we were going to use those posts for the Everton match in case either of Willock or Wilson use them in the hope of being given 3 goals.
-
Eh, how? There is no room.

It’s no defence to be honest. It’s a bank holiday weekend. If your game is picked for TV then that opens up the door of going out to watch it. People want to and often need to make plans ahead of time in order to do so. They know the situation for all the important places already, even last nights result didn’t change much in the context. There is no reason not to have decided now other than utter contempt, and a complete lack of respect for fans.

Still a pisstake though.

Finished on 96 points and still didn’t go up, the national league is a farce really. In my opinion the EFL needs a reconfiguration. 20 teams per league, the National League and League Two should be the same level and divided by North & South. 2 down and 2 up from each of them. Less midweek games by reducing to a 20 team league could mean that you reconfigure the EFL Cup earlier rounds. It would also mean that towards the end of the season there are less games with nothing riding on it.

How long do the TV companies need to announce which games are going to be on TV?
-
Blackburn have pulled out of the league, so now another club needs to be found ahead of the new season, otherwise we’ll have a situation with an odd number of teams again.

Premier League are raging that Leicester did one over them.

AC Milan without any European football next year now.
-
Nah, they own the Umbro brand in Europe. It’s Castore designers, and Castore factories making the kits.
-
Italian referees on the take, well I never.

Apparently the Walton family are in takeover talks to buy Sheffield Wednesday.
