  1. It's about 6 miles away atleast, and about half an hour away on a normal day, it can take upto about an hour and a half on a match day if the traffic is bad, not bother after the match though.
  2. The Fox and Hounds is a pub in Fenham. Yeah but it's in Fenham, wo want him to come back, not go back in pieces sent in packages. Stay away from the west end of the city, and pretty much any pub in the city centre is decent on a matchday. If yours staying for a little while then hit the clubs in Newcastle, it's the party capital of the UK, 2nd to Amsterdam in Europe (beaten by weed and hookers) and 8th in the world, and then you can go to Whitley Bay which is a party town just outside of Newcastle, it's of a lower class then Newcastle but still highly regarded throughout the UK.
  3. Forest win, apart from that result it would of been a rather decent night for us, providing we win tomorrow.
  4. And now Leicester are losing, not to mention that even if Sheff Utd do get a goal they would still drop points, and Mcboro are losing. Edit: Liecester are now level.
  5. As it stand WBA, Cardiff and Swansea all drop points, come on Sheff Utd.
  6. shit the bed fingers crossed they still end up losing. If Forest win then the pressure is really back on tomorrow. I think and hope both games will end in a draw, then if we manage to win tomrrow then we will laughing at thinking how bad we thought everything was at 2:30pm on Saturday.
  7. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK, WBA are level, one second after stoppage time was surposed to end.
  8. He spent too much time in Boro and is from there. He also spent time playing for Sunderland aswell as for Boro, says twat all over tbh.
  9. Pfft, losing 1-0 in your first leg awa from home with less then 25 minutes gone no problem, your aim is alway to score in the away leg in anyway, no change in plan for Man Ure really.
  10. Don't worry about Forest, Sheef Utd seem to be getting late 1-1 draws recently.
  11. It's a great idea, but how many more club will be taken over in the aim of earning 7th place and winning CL qualification via the play off's? No Wembley final, maybe this will be the Premiership match that is played abroad instead of the 39th game?
  12. It's a good policy if we bring in the right players, we get the right manager, and the wage cap is increased reasonably to make us competitive in the Premiership, £30k would be reasonable I would think. It would be great if the club by this was fairly competitive and ended up bringing money in so that we never find ourselves in the same situation as Portsmouth, Cardiff, or Cystal Palace.
  13. He accepted a job at Nott's Forest, how the fuck isn't he realistic? He would be great choice in my opinion, he did fairly weel for Man City, tends to do well at clubs, not so well at nations, so yes I would welcome him to the club. ££££££££££££££££ Premier League club?
  14. Surely the proper means test from the Premeir League is going to tell him to piss off, and even if he does buy the club, he's still got to get the money etc transferred from his backers and into the governemnt hands by Wednesday or Thursday, and he's still yet to even get support from them yet, it's just not going to happen in my opinion.

  16. I don't really want to predict anything for this game. To be honest I'd take a scrappy 1-0 win here, I think we have all come to relise that points are more important at the moment but t's a game we should win comfortably though, whats the betting that Best scores our winner?

    PROMOTIONOMETER

Is it possibly for us to go up before Easter?
  18. Put very simply, because it's been talked about loads, it's because he left in January when we were in the middle of a relegation battle, instead of seeing that out and then leaving in the summer. The way he went about getting a move got a lot of peoples backs up too. Being out with a phantom injury to force the club's hand. The fact that a couple of weeks before the transfer window opened he reckoned he was happy at Newcastle too. On top of plenty big defeats to top 4 clubs in the past aswell, why pick to move then?, hmm £75,000 a week might have something to do with it. Given said after he moved that we could of done more to kep him, you mean something along the lines of the contract extension, pay increase and being made the club captain? Fuck off Given, I hope you and Man City win fuck all.
  19. Manchester City got greedy on an overated playeer, noway was he worth how much they payed for him.
  20. Is that not "Carrol gets him and Newcastle a get out of jail free card?"
  21. When the fuck was the Portsmouth game on?, I thought it was on TV so I was looking for it throughout today and found nothing so I thought it was on tomorrow instead and now I've juts found out Portsmouth won 4-1.
